Good location and clean washrooms. Service is also fast

First time stopping here. I was on my way to Austin, needed coffee. Place was surprisingly clean and neat. The customer service was excellent. I love that they know the locals by name and had the sweetest experience watching George being served with love and patience. Our drinks were made just like we ordered. Thank you for your kind service and keep up the excellent work and service. I did not get names, but everyone on shift on 10/19/23 morning was just superb! 👌🏼 👏 👍 😀

This is a great Starbucks. I am always welcomed in and I get my order in a timely manner. Everything I order always tastes good. I like the music that they play. It is also a relaxing place to do work online.

Parking options were great — not blocked by the drive-thru line, which often happens at a Starbucks.

my way home from a day trip . I stopped . Drive through , which usually wouldn’t get 5 stars from me. The barista young woman brunette who’s name escapes me. My drink was great the service outstanding. She noticed my dog and added a pupcino to my order.

This location is very busy... but only the drive thru. Only two other customers were waiting or ordering inside, while the drive thru line wrapped almost to front of the building . Unfortunately outside long line means inside long wait. But service was friendly, they worked fast to crank out drinks, and apologized (very nice of them but not necessary)

I had no problem with wait times at 2pm. Did an online order and it was ready minutes before the estimated time. Drink was perfect, inside was very clean and the staff was super friendly. The location was really nice too, makes it easy to hop off the highway.

Awesome staff, coolest Starbucks I've been IN, drive thru is the same, and fast. -Fast forward 9 months later-These guys did it again, given that it wasn't exactly a rush, but, the two or employees working this morning at 5:30am, have a good system, I had my coffee as soon as I ordered it, I sat down for literally 1 second, I applaud you guys, great job, and teamwork.

A friendly partner took my order promptly. My coffee was crafted just as I ordered it and the egg bites were fresh and hot. The store was clean, tidy, and several people were tsking advantage of the free wifi

It's probably not usually like this but stopped off the highway to grab a coffee, and it took about 20 minutes to make it through the line. They were kind enough to apologize for the wait and give us a free coffee. Thanks Starbucks in Brenham!

I had a coupon on my phone for a free drink that our pastor had given all of the volunteers and our church The coupon did not work the wonderful Barista treated me to my green tea Frappuccino that was very sweet of her to do and I'm very grateful

We try to hit the non-chain coffee shops on our road trips, but there aren't a lot of options in Brenham, so we settled for Starbucks (we're from the Seattle area, so it's our standard go-to normally).
It doesn't matter where you are in the US, Starbucks is Starbucks and the coffee flavor is consistent. If you like it, like we do, you'll probably like it anywhere.
We went through the drive through. The barista sounded like a young teenager when taking our order, but saw he was obviously much older (gray hair) when we got to the window. He was extremely friendly and enthusiastic. While the coffee may be the same everywhere, the baristas are not; this guy rose above most. Wish we had thought to ask his name so we could let management know that he's an asset.

Put in a mobile online order, food and drink ready in less than 10 minutes. Walked into store and every employee greeted me with a warm smile and hello. The online pickup station was very clean and organized and while I was only in the store for less than 1 minute the customer service left a wonderful lasting impression! Food and drink were perfect and tasted great!

I never leave reviews, but I stopped here on a road trip completely drained and stressed, and everyone in the store was just so incredibly kind. I didn't manage to catch her name, but one of the baristas and I started talking about Iowa because I'm moving there, and she made me feel more confident about my decision. The kindness of strangers really makes a difference.

This by far is the best Starbucks that I have been to. The service was great. I never knew that if you bring your own cup that you get a 10 cent discount!! The person there told me though as I asked if I could use my own cup. I also ordered hot tea with a little ice and then it was too cold. She took it back without hesitation and said she was there to serve me and would do whatever to make sure it was right! That was wonderful. Very friendly servers there. Would recommend to anyone. It is also in a great location and visible from 290. It sits in a shopping center across the highway from HEB. It is also very near Blinn College.

The staff here are amazing! So, so friendly. This location always seems to be very busy, so it takes a little longer than usual. Still worth the wait!
