McDonald's

This location has very easy in and out access. It is located on a strip that has a Kroger, Pizza Hut, Hallmark Store, UPS and others. Across the street is a Domino's, Panda Express, and Subway. This McDonald's can get very busy and has a single ordering lane which at peak times will direct you into two lanes and of course no matter if there are a dozen cars or you are the only car, if the order is not immediately ready upon arriving at the window, you will be directed to pull up and wait at the first or second line (I still don't understand this if there are no other cars behind you, is there a presence sensor that makes their serve time not meet quota). Anyways, the service here is fast and accurate, and the staff are very friendly and nice, I highly recommend getting meals at this location if you are in a hurry!

Let me just brag on the manager Ms. Monica S I ordered through door dash & they left some of my food out of my order. I called talked to Ms.Monica & told her what happened & baby she was right on it. She bought me the rest of my order herself that really showed how she appreciates her customers. She was so apologetic,nice,sweet & understanding she went above & beyond for me & that made my day. This is why I continue to give them my business because of people like her we need more like her & McDonald's please give her a raise because she deserves it. Thanks again Ms.Monica ❤.

Normal McDs food, but clean restaurant, with a clean playplace. Drive thru is a bit precarious being so close to the highway, so we chose to grab n go.

This McDonalds might as well be Autozone. You never get exactly what you ordered. Sadly, I still stopped off for the chicken nuggets, but as expected, the drink I ordered was wrong. If you complain you get eyerolls and attitude.

Ok, have to give the golden arches top rating today!!! Had the Homestyle burger.. nice and hot. That means top and bottom bun was hot.. also ordered regular 99 cent burger.. meat patty only (for my dog, her once a week trip to get a "Special treat").. was great..

I noticed the McDonald's around the turn I have to make before heading back home. It was fairly packed around lunch time, but the employees are fast paced and communicate well. I do not think the interior is big enough for the lunch time rush, but people do come in as fast as they come out. I got my food in a couple of minutes and left with some hot fresh food. Overall, I did not have any problems and I left with some fresh hot food in a reasonable time to stop and go.

Excellent service. I wanted to sit down and enjoy my food but needed to dash out the door emergently before I had a chance to actually dig in and the crew here got me a to-go bag, packed up and out the door in seconds. Good folks here, would recommend 10/10. I wish I had gotten their names so I could honor them properly, I know fast food folks don't get as much props as they deserve.

I mean....it's McDonald's. They have the world's greatest french fries and they obviously put drugs in their Coke because it tastes better there than from anywhere else. It's cool that I can get lunch and a coffee in 5 minutes at the same place. Every time I order an iced coffee I ask for no sweetener and every damn time it has sugar. When you're on the road a lot like me sometimes you see those golden arches and know that you can get a quick cheap meal and get right back on the road.

I have zero complaints. The drive-thru was quick, the staff was polite, my order was correct, the kids liked thier food. They checked all of the boxes.

Good food. A little slow but the staff was very attentive when I went to the counter. I was asked by 4 or so employees if I had been helped, which I had been. The kids had fun playing and it was really clean, unlike alot of McDonald's play areas.

Ordered through the app and picked up in the drive thru. They actually had the entire order correct. That is a BIG accomplishment for most Mc Donald's. Also, the employees working the windows were super friendly.

I would say it's about average about as good as most McDonald's so it wasn't bad. The food was good sweet tea was good so I would give them a good rating and yes I can recommend you to go here!

Drive-thru Cashier was nice and friendly when it was my turn. I had waited in line for 15 minutes and I was upset, her cheerful voice and positive attitude change my mode.

Drive through was fast and staff was extremely friendly. This location actually got the order right. Great job staff from the evening of Friday, April 23, 2021

The employee at the window, Marc Anthony, was incredible! He was so funny and kept us entertained while we waited for our food. His energy was awesome, and we hope to see him again!

Mickey Deez always nice.did you know you can get 'just a burger' for your dog? :) The workers all must enjoy their work here,they were smiling,even thru rush hour.
