Whataburger

The order is correct every time. Service is always on point. Their ketchup is better than anyone else's. Drive-through service is notably polite. What a burger changes up the menu so you won't burn out.
Consistently good all around and gneerally less beeping from kitchen if you prefer quieter eatery.

The staff will go above and beyond.

The last five times I’ve had whataburger in Houston, they’ve gotten my order wrong and the food was cold and gross. Not sure why I kept trying. But twice this week I’ve gone to Whataburger in Brenham and they were perfect. My order was correct, hot and fresh both times. The workers are young, friendly, sharp and have great attitudes. And they were patient with me both times when I checked my order before leaving. Management has done a great job hiring and training a great staff. Y’all keep up the good work. And thank you for being one of the few stores still doing it right.

Burger and chicken strips were delicious. Fresh and healthy portion of fries. Love the gravy and BBQ sauce that came w strips.

We stopped here on our way from Houston to Austin and had the best experience.
We came inside and were immediately greeted by Michelle who was extremely kind. When we arrived the sit down area was decently busy but everyone was receiving their food in a quick manor.
The employees were walking the food to the tables instead of just calling out the number and even knew some of the guests by name.
The employees working the front were all kind and smiling.
There was another employee dealing with all of the trash and he was kind as well, even taking the trash from our table.
Another employee was cleaning the air vent and kindly greeted us as well.

Also, can’t forget to mention the food. It was so top notch, and we regularly visit whataburgers.
The gravy was the best gravy I’ve had from a whataburger and everything was fresh and delicious!

I write this review because I was truly impressed with my experience and how well this establishment was being run.

Great job to the employees and the people managing this place! Will return on future trips through the town.

While at Whataburger in Brenham, Tx we were greater by Robert Douglas a person in training for Supervisor position. Never been in any Restaurant where the employee was so friendly, well dressed and walked by our table and offered to take our trays. After that he picked up a broom cleaning and wiping tables down for several minutes. I just wanted you to know this person impressed us in every way. I have been going to that Whataburger since they opened and I must say he gave the best performance of making us feel Welcome and no job was beyond him. This is the type of person I would have to train my managers. Great job Robert we appreciated you friendly smile and help. Millissa Hain

Easy entry. Fast friendly ordering process. Food was delivered fast, hot, and fresh. The place was clean and well stocked. Whataburger truly is What A Burger!

The staff was friendly and this establishment was by far the cleanest I have went to. From the parking lot to the bathroom exceptionally clean. The lobby floors tables not even 1 table was left unclean. The manager Adam was so friendly he in turned re made my aunts food she was hot and irritated and he calmed her down. Chatted with us we had to say this service was on point they deserved my 5 star 🌟 great job

This location is always fantastic. Quick drive thru line, great customer service, clean inside, and hot food that remains hot if you get it to go!

The night shift puts up with iceholes and just smooths all that over like they were made of buckets of chocolate icing! Ms. TW is a pro punching WAYYY above her weight! And if you think like I do and want to hire her away, you better bring DEEP pockets!
Same goes for that young pro, Manager Aaron, class and professionalism and competence in a box... Even when we're all buh-holes, she's the implacable brick wall, steady doing her job...

The absolute best, they say you can’t have both quality and service. Let me tell you this, the crew has it all if I had a restaurant this is the crew I’d have. A very busy whataburger but very efficient service. Super !!!! Great job GM: AT and crew.

First time I had been into a whataburger, everything was good, service food and atmosphere

They were great got our food right away. Burgers looked bigger then the ones in Katy Texas and fries were hot. Katy can learn from them

The chicken fingers were nicely breaded and moist. Lots of sauces to choose from. The vanilla malted was delicious! When a sauce didn’t make it into my bag the staff person who helped me made it right. The burger Pattie’s are big like you would make at home.. I guess that is where the name comes from! Thanks guys!

Clean and fast service. Sometimes it’s takes a bit but it’s because they are very busy

I can honestly say that I have never had a problem with this Whataburger. Always on point with my orders. This year was our First time attending the whataburger event and my son won the gift basket with a year of whataburger. Which he was extremely excited about being a growing boy that loves food. Lol
