We recently had the pleasure of shopping at Ashley’s Furniture in the Galleria Mall and were fortunate enough to be assisted by Preston H. His patience and in-depth knowledge of the products stood out to us. We had a tight budget, considering our frequent moves and the possibility of leaving furniture behind. Preston understood our situation and guided us to make informed choices. We walked out with 8 pieces that fit our needs and budget perfectly. Highly recommend this location and especially Preston H. for anyone in need of quality furniture and exceptional service.

Cassy at Ashley Hoover was awesome! She was able to find me everything I needed at the perfect price for my budget. She took her time without being pushy making sure all my questions were answered thoroughly and accurately. I'll recommend her to anyone in the future. Thanks!

Once my furniture arrived( quick timeline)... Marquez and Zig( the delivery drivers) were extremely polite. Refused to let us lift a finger and literally did not expect us to lift a finger! Excellent job.

I appreciated that he let me look and then come to him when I had questions. My oversized chair was delivered this week and it's perfect! I knew exactly what I wanted when I arrived and had already given myself a pep talk so I wouldn’t be swayed by the salesman. To my surprise I was immediately greeted by a smile belonging to Terry Henderson! Not only was he friendly and professional, but he was also very knowledgeable and took me right to the bedroom group I wanted. He showed me the features within the nightstand and the various options available for the group. Never did I feel like he was attempting to upsell me which made my purchasing experience even better. I absolutely LOVE the bedroom group I chose and when I tell you the picture does not do it justice, I’m not exaggerating! You have to see it in-person for yourself! I am very pleased with my overall experience and can’t wait for it to be delivered! And let me add that delivery was scheduled with ease and I do not have to wait several weeks for it! When you go, make sure you ask for Terry!

Cassy H. Was amazing she was helpful and didn't make us uncomfortable. She let us do our own thing and didn't hover or make us feel pressured. If it wasn't for her we probably wouldn't have bought from Ashley furniture. Great experience. Ask for her if you want a stress free experience.

We went to Ashley store with the intention to find a dinner table that would complete our living room space and upon arrival we were greeted by Terry. He showed us around the store while pointing out the tables in the style that we were looking for. A+ rating to this guy for helping us out, because we did end up finding the table we liked and completed the sale shortly afterwards. He even threw in a price reduction, which we of course greatly appreciated. We will be back if we need other items in the future.

Salesman (Craig) introduced himself and made small talk but then let my son and I walk around the store without hounding us and trying to explain the features of every piece of furniture we showed interest in. He was there though when we had questions about specific pieces. Very knowledgeable and he did a great job of being available when we needed him. Not over bearing!!!! 5 star review!!!!

We came browsing for a sofa/ sectional just to start the looking process and get ideas. Preston was our sales associate who helped us. He wasn’t pushy and answered all of our questions with detail and honesty!
We found the perfect sofa and loveseat and it happened to be on sale. We came back the next night to purchase. Preston worked with us to find the perfect “package” for our needs! Very happy!

I normally never post reviews online but I just had to go out of my way to brag about the excellent customer service skills I received from Cassy. When I walked through the door I was immediately greeted with a smile and asked if I needed help looking for anything she was so helpful throughout my entire duration in the store. I’m so happy that employees like Cassy really take the time to make sure that her customers feel valued.😊

This was by far the smoothest experience I’ve had at a furniture store! Terry Henderson greeted us immediately and was incredibly helpful, going out of his way to show us all the options that fit our vision. Totally headache free!

We bought a couch today from Ashley and from the moment we walked in, Michael was helpful and attentive! He worked quickly to get us the couch that we wanted and laid out the pricing options very clearly for us! Can’t recommend Ashley enough and if you go, be sure to ask for Michael.
