They had everything I needed.

I have never seen anything worse than this pharmacy, my wife gave birth and I can’t get a prescription for a week, the employees are rude and can tell you to wait 15-20 minutes and then after 20 minutes they say that they cannot give you a prescription due to the fact that their system stopped working, and so for 4 days I come they do this, but their conversation looks like they are smoking something inadequate, and do not think about the fact that clients will stop coming to them. I do not recommend it to anyone who has small children. everything that other people write reviews here is all true, I read all the reviews before writing my review.

I’ve had numerous issues with the pharmacy. 2 separate times I had prescriptions sent there to be filled. I called before going to pick them up. The pharmacist asked I when I would be there to pick them I said about an hour both times. Got there and my prescriptions weren’t ready. Another issue I had was after a biopsy I had an antibiotic sent over there I explained to the pharmacist that I need the antibiotic asap due to the infection in my mouth. Well 2 days went by they couldn’t even do their job and fill it. I had called numerous times. The only time they seem to fill your prescription is when you’re in the store waiting for. Never using this Walgreens again. The people in the pharmacy are rude.

Everytime I fill a prescription, the app tells me it’s ready. I go in and they’re “temporarily closed.” This happened almost weekly.

Waited for an hour and a half (Update)

Waited two hours for a vaccination that I had an appointment for. I don't blame the folks behind the pharmacy counter. Seems like Walgreens could improve their staffing or appointment system so that patients aren't misled into showing up for appointments that won't happen for an hour or more. Both my husband and I had to wait for an hour+ for our shots. Really seems like a failure at the corporate level to ensure that patient intake is reasonable. The Rite Aid we went to back in Portland took us in within 15mins after our scheduled appointment time, often faster. At any rate, waiting at this pharmacy was a huge headache since I had to take time off work to get my shots.

If only zero stars were possible as this Walgreens clearly has earned it. To be fair it’s partly my fault for not checking reviews before booking my Covid shot here. Set a 1PM appointment and got there 20 min early (Walgreens asks for 15 min early). As I arrived there were 10 people in line and maybe another 8-10 in chairs who had seemingly already been “helped”. After 20 min not a single person ahead of me had been helped and none of the people waiting in chairs had been further helped. I asked a sitter if they had an appointment and the answer was yes - 12:15 (45 min prior) and he said it took him an hour just to get to front of line with no idea when he’d actually get his shot. What’s the point of an appointment if you don’t serve anyone anywhere near their scheduled time?

I'm sorry to say that I have to agree with the majority of reviews on here. This is a bad location to get your vaccine booster at. The long line, long wait and filthy injection room made for a very bad experience. The situation completely overwhelms the staff who are harried, frazzled, and showing the strain of working in such a stressful environment. Multiple people abandoned the line, and I hope they book vaccine appointments elsewhere. Apparently the Walgreens online booking allows three people to book the same vaccine appointment time, and this location is clearly woefully understaffed to accommodate such numbers.

I have never had a worse experience with customer service in my life. Scheduled my COVID booster there for 1, as I am a college student who has a 4:00 class, thinking that would be more than enough time. I waited for well over an hour while the pharmacist left to take her lunch break while a line of people who had been there for a full hour at that point waited. Walked into the vaccine room at 2:15 and there was garbage all over the floor.

Just got a covid booster here. Doing so was probably one of the worst decisions of my adult life.

Most of the pharmacy staff are maskless and the pharmacist was only wearing a basic blue mask, which wasn't secured over her face very well. Needless to say almost all the people waiting in line were maskless.

Got here at 11:45 for a noon appt. and didn't get vaccinated until after 1 PM, so I was stuck standing around a bunch of maskless people potentially exposing myself to the illness I'm trying to get vaccinated against. I guess I shouldn't be surprised by this - I mean, it is Walgreens.

After getting the shot the pharmacist said I should wait by the pharmacy area for 15 minutes. AHAHAHAHAHA. No.

They called me a day before a vaccine appointment made 4 days in advance to cancel due to “unforeseen circumstances”. They never formally removed or changed the appointment in their system (as a general Walgreens rep has told me) and made no efforts to accommodate for their blunder. This is vaccines we’re talking about! If this location does not have the capacity to vaccinate they should not have an option to book here period. Opt for elsewhere

I would recommend you go to another location. I have an injectable medication that I need to refill monthly. Every single time I call in a refill, and go to pick it up the day, they've forgotten to order it, and I need to wait another day. It's so consistent that I now plan on going two days in a row every month. One of the employees also made a rude comment about my voice as I was walking into the trailer. I don't think I was supposed to hear it, but it was still disheartening.

I did NOT see that you have temporary hours until I saw a photo. Sorry, but I usually do not look at photos. I usually use Google Maps, type in my location, and *bam*! It populates the app! What you do see is the address, whether the store is open (& when it will close) or closed (and then tells you when it open next).

MANAGER: I suggest you look at Walgreens on Nicollet MALL and see how they listed their hours. If you are not computer savvy, I suggest finding someone that is QUICKLY!! Because the way you have the pharmacy hours currently listed is beyond confusing!

I hate to affirm the experiences of seeking out a COVID boaster at this location, but I highly recommend seeking out your pharmacy needs elsewhere if you possibly can.
