Great place always great deals wasn’t crazy crowded today which I like also no one is in your face to get you to buy something great brands also great customer service and very clean. Although the hand sanitizer bottles should be refilled when it’s empty it promotes cleanness everything is fold neatly and over all everything was good here at this location

I’m writing this review specifically because of Kieran in the men’s shoe department. I asked him to check and see if 3 pairs of shoes were in stock. He came back with two boxes but said, “I’m sorry, we didn’t have any of the ones you wanted, but I brought you two similar pair.” I ended buying the shiny Florsheims he suggested and I couldn’t be happier with them.

When they have sales on watches, the prices can't be beat anywhere. I picked up this Riviera 10620 for way less than gray market prices. I was a little disappointed with the huge reduction of their selection of quality watches. I understand it must a financial challenge to keep $5M worth of watches on hand and nobody in my network would even look to Macy's for a quality watch. I strongly suggest any watch enthusiast keep an eye on Macy's sales, there is buried treasure in there sometimes

My girlfriend and I were coming from Macys in bayshore looking for a Calvin Klein jacket for man. We’re told that Macys in garden city had three. When we arrived we couldn’t find the jacket, the sales associate Lina asked how can I help you ? I was first introduced to Macy's long before I could drive there as I watched the annual showing of Miracle on 34th Street. And for decades of generations since 1858, many of us have visited Macy's and not just to see Santa Clause! Thus, Macy's is an American fashion institution and likely could benefit from showing this holiday favorite movie is malls across America! Toys are US has taken residence inside Macy's at Roosevelt Field. This addition makes shopping for toys so convenient. The store has consolidated checkouts paring down staff, likely due to the explosion of online shopping. Yet, the line moved swiftly, and the staff was most pleasant. There are a myriad of choices in clothing, accessories, jewelry, cosmetics, home needs, toys, and more. Macy's offer a great rewards program and family discount shopping days making visits here among the most economical of choices. May Macy's continue all its traditions in proving quality goods and service with a smile. Sadly, if they don't have the item you want, they can no longer refer you to Gimbels. The nicest woman working at the Clinique makeup section helped me color match a foundation and get an under $20 brush to apply it before my job interview. She was the best part of my day and I just want to thank her.
