Our second time shipping with RoadRunner. They do a great job. They are brokers, but seem to have pretty cooperative relationships with the actual trucking companies they engage. Issues are attended to and resolved reasonably. I recommend RoadRunner.

Jeff was my driver and he communicated with me throughout the entire pick up travel and drop off journey. He and his partner took great care loading my Tesla and were polite, professional and attentive. I will definitely use Roadrunner again, thank you!

This was for a California to Illinois car shipment. Price was reasonable compared to others... ~ 25% less. Driver arrived on time, and was flexible with exact pick up location. Driver was polite, friendly and willing to explain things. His name was Valerio. Excellent experience. Car was also delivered two days earlier than promised. Happy all round.

I had a beautiful and smooth transition. My job closed and relocated me to Greensboro,NC. Reached out and paid. They kept me informed and had my car delivered the next day when I got there. I reached NC by 9:30am and the driver pulled in my driveway at 10am. He handled my car with care and was super chilled. He kept me informed the whole time. I'm so glad I made a awesome decision to use them to get the job done.

Super easy working with RoadRunner Auto Transport! Filled out the form, got a quote right away, followed up with the phone call. We weren’t sure the exact date our Jeep needed to be transported. But when we figured that out, the Jeep was picked up and loaded up within 2 hours. Great and fast transport from Utah to Texas. The driver called when he was about 2 hrs away. The whole experience was easy and stress free.

I was skeptical when reading some negative reviews but this was a super easy process working with Joe. My cars were picked up & delivered two days early (which was great for me as I needed them asap). The driver was thorough and super nice. My cars arrived in perfect shape and he texted updates on his route. Definitely recommend this service.

It was an easy and smooth process. Setup online and was given a call once the date I set approached. Everyone involved was professional and well-mannered.

I was told when my driver, Kevin, will show up, and surprisingly he did on time (which was a stark difference from the last time I shipped my car, different company). He looked up my street ahead of time and realized it was too small for his truck, so we agreed to meet at a Walmart parking lot.

Everything was handled well except for his attempts to drive my car onto the trailer. It is a Mini Cooper S 2005, manual so he kept stalling and at one point grinded the gear. But, other than that, it was fine.

The delivery time was exceptional, Kevin arrived within 5 days (which again was a big difference compared to the last time). Thanks to Kevin and RoadRunner, definitely recommend.

This was my first time having to transport a vehicle from out of state over 1,500 miles. From the beginning Road Runner provided me assistance and kept me informed every step of the way. Their pricing was reasonable and the car arrived timely. Their driver also kept us informed with a time window on pickup and delivery. I would definitely recommend this company.

I had to transport my truck with a bad transmission from Las Vegas to San Diego. I reached out for a quote and Anthony H replied within a few hours. We spoke the next day and he explained the process and the costs. We agreed on the cost and timing, and my truck was picked up the following day and dropped off in San Diego at the dealer. I didn't have to be onsite for either part. 10/10. Would use again.

Very happy with entire service from RoadRunner. Sales team answered all my questions and gave a very reasonable quote for NJ-AZ transport of my Vette. Carrier arrived for pickup a day earlier than estimated but they called to see if it worked for me. Car arrived in AZ a day earlier than estimated but was left in a “safe storage” transport company lot that was easy to access with friendly staff. Car was treated well and arrived with no issues other than dust from highway desert driving. Roadrunner checked with me to make sure all as ok. Thank you!
