I just had the best service at Freeport BMW. I don’t hand out compliments, but I must give credit with credit is due- each and every single one of the workers have exceeded my expectations. Tee help me to download the train map which is not in her job description, Mike shared everything I needed in a very timely fashion, and even though he was not present today he handed my case off very warmly to Chris who continued to keep me updated. Addie was kind and greeted me with warmth and the cashier (I think her name is Cathy) did the very same! I had a small issue that was unrelated to why I came to the dealership in the first place and Manager Jason handled it like the pro that he is. Emmanuel!! He is the reason why I’m writing this in the first place. Emmanuel treated me like I was a queen from dropping me off to the train station to greeting me when I returned to making sure everything was right to getting my car cleaned to helping me navigate where I needed to go and where I needed to be. Because of him, I felt obligated to write this review. Thank you for treating every customer (even the customers like me with an older model car) like the most valuable customer. You have raised the bar for every other service center nationwide. They now have to step up to the Freeport BMW standard.

Tyler Delacy was exceptional! Deal closed in 15 mins, paperwork at his desk took another 5 minutes and out with a new X3! Showroom was spotless and the front desk treats you with care. They let Tyler know we arrived and within minutes he had us hot coffee and wet ink on the paper! He literally got me the exact spec for two separate deals, always professional and never pushy. I’m already looking forward to working with him again.

I have been a loyal BMW customer for 6 years, and this was one of the easiest transactions I have ever had. I recently leased a BMW X3, and I have to give credit to my awesome salesperson, Curtis. If you happen to be there, I highly recommend asking for him specifically for a stress-free experience. He, along with the rest of the team, were true professionals. The sales process was efficient and smooth, with no games or gimmicks. I would highly recommend them!!

I wanted to make note of the extremely enjoyable experience my daughter and I had working with both Nike and Melissa on a car purchase. Melissa was very helpful in directing us to Nike our sales associate. Melissa was also very responsive and was able to answer all questions. Nike treated us as if we were the only customer at the dealership. She walked my daughter though all the options in available cars and never showed any pressure during the selling process.
My daughter and I have a deep appreciation for the support these Ladies provided during the entire sales experience.

And when we needed the service department to fix a minor issue, a gentleman named Mike Williams went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. The dealership is modern, clean and beautiful. This was my second smooth and easy leasing experience at BMW of Freeport. My sales person Nick was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. He listened attentively to my needs and preferences and went above and beyond to find the perfect car. The paperwork process was quick and easy! Our two year old was completely occupied by being shown all the different cars by their friendly staff!
