Tillys

New management there is great. One of the few stores that actually greet you when you come in. There are tons of backpacks options, more than any other store in the mall. This location had both adult & kids clothing and shoes, great for a one-stop shop for families. They have some bigger name Surf/Skate/Street brands but also their own brands that are more wallet friendly. They have a great clearance section, which usually has an additional markdown from the clearance price, so you can always find a great bargain. Will definitely be back!

Tilly's is one of the best places to shop for someone whose style is similar to surfer or skater. It is one of the best places I've gone to and I recommend it more than Pac Sun or Zumiez. It's affordable especially when they have sales! The clothes and shoes are worth every penny.

Okay, I really do like this place. It was my first time here and I did a lot of exploring and I loved their clothing and all of the different type of styles and cool t shirts. BUT nobody said hello to me or even smiled when I walked in, nobody asked if I needed help, and then while I was checking out with my bf the cashier both asked us for our emails for rewards and then processed to brag to his co worker that he's been getting so many emails today and killing the rewards subscription. I thought it was a little rude and made me not want to even give him my email but I did anyways because I know he didn't have any ill intent but it still bothered me a little. Overall really nice place and I would definitely check it out again.

The store is great except the manager lady she is rude and unprofessional even employees told me she's a snotty person won't give you a break or honor any coupons/email discounts from tillys either she hates her job or she just doesn't like to make customers happy very unpleasant personality! 👎🏽

There was a rude employee who kicked me and my friend out over nothing and said we sprayed something and smelled but we didn’t do or have anything with us and we smelt it too

yesterday around 3-4 i went into tillys with my emotion support animal, it was hot outside so my dog was not wearing her vest, the worker asked me if my dog was a service dog i said yes and she let me into the dressing room, only to turn around to my friends and start calling me a liar saying my service dog isnt really a service dog, this that and the third, i showed her my dogs id and she proceeded to catch an attitude and quite literally shoo us out the store like we were children.

shipping is horrible, i genuinely thought i would like the store i really wanted to like it, everything about it is messy and sloppy. would not shop here again.

There’s a worker who doesn’t do her job and is only there to look for problems and flirt with girls boyfriends, she didn’t acknowledge my presence while literally flirting with my boyfriend😡

I used to work at this store. The manager is completely disrespectful and rude. It's a miserable environment and work isn't delegated properly. Don't work or shop here.

Waited by the register trying to check out for 10 minutes and it's like nobody works here. Left my stuff on the counter and walked out. What a waste of time.

Poor management
