American Eagle Store

Right when entering the store I was help n greeted by Joe around 1:11pm, He was very helpful And kind and went beyond to help us finding the clothing size we needed..thank you Joe you was very patient n kind..will shop at your store soon. HAPPY HOLIDAYS

I can't say enough good things. Jeans and love for every body shape,color, and ethnicity. The best quality jeans I own, and reasonably priced for what you're getting. Last but not least, the customer service from the (what I assume are) new employees is AMAZING. They help you with everything from finding a size to giving you fashion advice. Emily and Brenda were especially helpful for me ☺

This Friday my husband and I went jeans shopping. We decided to stop by American eagle, the store was neat and clean. The fittings room were open ( they sanitize after every customer and sanitize the clothes). There selection of jeans were awesome !! I found all of the jeans I wanted . The fit of the jeans were great. The customer service was excellent, a women named ahona helped me and my husband . Ahona was great finding our sizes and she was very sweet . I usually do not find jeans that fit well but this time the experience was great. I also brought some cute tops. I am definitely coming back again!

I came in this morning to purchase jeans. I found a few pairs to try on. As I arrived at the fitting room, Brianna greeted me, showed me to my room, and made sure that I knew that if there was anything she could do to assist me to not hesitate to ask. I went back and forth until I found the perfect fitted jeans. She was so helpful, courteous, sweet and knowledgeable.

I have never been to American Eagle but I decided to go today and I most definitely do not regret it! All the employees are excellent and attentive but one stood out and her name is Ahona I believe. As soon as I walked through the door she approached me and helped me choose the cutest pair of jeans that suited me and I left happily with 4 new pairs of jeans and a few tops. Ahona was just the sweetest and made the experience 10x better. Will be coming back soon.

AMBER NEEDS A RAISE !!! Amber helped me find just the right pair of jeans. She had no problem going back and forth to the floor multiple times. She was very personable and had great advice for finding the perfect fit.
I love their jeans they fit just right, this is coming from someone who ALWAYS has a gap on my waist. I recommend their curvy jeans, for these people who suffer from the same problem.

This store in Roosevelt Field mall, have always have excellent customer service.
Everybody who works here helps you with the sizes, color, style you want. The lady who was assign at the fitting room was so nice. I just forgot the name of the guy yesterday in the cashier. The Filipino girl who was assign near the store was patient enough to look for what i need. I always love American Eagle Outfitters and AERIE.

I just want to thank the super nice woman who went out of her way to help me find my iPhone. Amazing staff. Great jeans too!
