AT&T Store

I was greeted as I entered the store and was helped immediately.
The representative seemed very knowledgeable regarding the problem and fixed it within five minutes. Excellent customer service.
As a comparison, I waited for well over an hour recently for an equipment pickup that lasted five minutes once I got to the counter. Terrible.

And running, and he was so very helpful in many ways— getting us what we needed he was fast, efficient, had great people skills, and was wonderfully patient with us as my mom is a little older and isn’t as tech Friendly. Couldn’t be happier switching
From Verizon to att. And the great service we received, and the trade in my my phone worked out great.

I wanted to take a moment to praise Trevor (I believe that was his name) specifically at the store. He was dealing with a complicated issue with another customer involving a call to what I can only assume was customer service or IT for further assistance. He politely asked if he may check in with me and one other customer while waiting to complete what they were doing, to which the man said yes go right ahead. He was able to troubleshoot my issue and help me out quickly and kindly. Given that the other man waiting before me was irrationally angry and rude toward him, I was very pleased with the help received once I was helped, and applaud Trevor's calm attitude and friendliness when helping me having just been rudely insulted by another customer. It’s nice to hear some praise in amongst the frustrated, negative reviews, and I believe this particular circumstance warrants some commendation.

I walkes into the store an I was helped. The man working with me was wonderful & stayed open till almost 7pm. This man was easy to talk to & had a great personality. 10 out 10 experience. Not only did he help me with my at&t bill he also gave me some wonderful information about digital content creator that i didnt know before i walked into the store. I had a wonderful experience. I also have one happy 16 teen year old she absolutely loves her new phone. thanks so much.

I have the worst memory! The man i was working with did tell me his name, i just can't remember.

Hanna was extremely helpful. I had to get a new phone which I hate to do, and Hanna was amazing and made my visit so wonderful!!!! She has awesome customer service values, and it shows! Very pleasant experience from start to finish. Ryan tried hard to get my old phone to be the same on the new phone. He got my photos and contacts which were the most important, I was able to get the apps on my own. The tall manager was nice too. Thank you so much!

I went in to upgrade my phone to the new note 20 and the sales rep was very helpful. I worked with Ryan and he was very friendly and welcoming, had nice southern manners.

Great customer service overall from all who work at this location. Craig, who helped me switch devices, was fantastic and made sure I left with a phone that works! Although he waited on the customer service for an hour he graciously made it his mission to help me. Thanks Craig you rock!

I had the most excellent service . My rep took care of every need. I came in to ask a few questions about an upgrade.
And talking with Rep and his manager I decided to buy AT&T TV and also added a I Pad to my service plan. He offered me a couple great discounts and I was pleased and couldn’t pass up the add on. I B love my new AT&T TV package . I have 3 months of premium channels to try out . And I can download my favorite apps to my channel lineup. It’s as easy as changing the channel and opening apps when I select my App channels.
Overall I rate this store and AT&T 5* stars and will use them and their services as long as the service stays excellent.

Hanna is amazing and she did a great job servicing me!!!

Had a GREAT experience at the Store working with a nice guy that seem to know just about everything about every device in the WHOLE Store. Jason Daudelin took the time to help my wife and I upgrade and find plans that were best for our budget. Highly recommend you go in and work with Jason.

I recently visited the Scarborough AT&T store with my father who is older and has anxiety about technology. Craig helped us get new phones for both my parents. Craig was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took care of the whole set up of two new phones with a smile and efficiency. Moreover, he kept my father at ease during the whole process. My compliments to Craig. Thank you!

Worked with Jason, was extremely helpful and seemed very knowledgeable in regards to the products/services offered. Was able to make the right suggestion for what fit my family needs and the right equipment. Will definitely make this my home store going forward.

Great customer service great attitudes understood everything that they were telling me. I went in today to buy a new iPhone and they start a new service and they help me out really easily they explain stuff that I had some concerns about and in the end I 100% recommend going to this store

I had an amazing experience at the store a week ago. I WAS a Verizon customer in need of a new phone because I was having trouble with mine. They chose not to help me, but the great people at this store not only solved my problem but went ABOVE and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed before I left store. Seems like Verizon is using this pandemic as an excuse to avoid customer service. It's nice to know that you can still count on people to do the right thing even in the worst of times. I was a LONG time Verizon customer..... I will be an at&t customer for along time to come thanks to this experience. I even took time to go back and thank them personally i was so happy with the service I received.
