Marshalls

The Elko Marshalls store is small with limited inventory. But, despite the limitations, the store is clean, organized, offers the brand names and discounts I enjoy. Additionally, there is one team member to recognize, as she is a Super Star in providing outstanding customer service. Her name is Sageman. Sageman goes out of her way to help. I speak from experience, as I had called to check availability of a Patricia Nash wallet. Sageman found it and held it for me to purchase. Sageman is friendly, polite, professional and actually folds my garments nicely instead of wadding them up and shoving them into the shopping bag like some of the other Marshall staff. It's people like Sageman who make the end of the shopping experience pleasant. Thank you for your great customer service Sageman! I appreciate you.

I love this place. The store is small by "Marshall's" size (amongst other M I've stopped at) but the store is always clean, organized and well stocked!!
I'm always impressed they are able to rotate inventory so aggressively and never look disorganized.
Their clerks are always up beat and willing to help. At the check-out they are careful to wrap anything fragile.

This store has tons of variety and the employees are friendly.

I just love Marshalls! They have amazing clothes at affordable prices. The unique and specialty spices they offer are amazing! There's always a rare and amazing find in the items they have on clearance. And the employees are top notch! They're kind, helpful, and go out of their way to make your shopping experience a pleasant one!

Had a really positive experience here. The store was very clean and had a large selection of health and beauty products. The homeware was also lovely! The staff were friendly and the wait times weren't long at all.

Well stocked, clean Marshall's with great selection and value. Only weakness seems to be bedding and rugs -- they used to have a much better selection, virtually no full or twin size bedding, and now Ross seems to be the place to go for those items. Great selection of pet bedding, handbags, cosmetics and athleisure/activewear. During holiday season they expand the Christmas decor and minimize the furnishing section. We have very few places to buy home furnishings in Elko and expanding this section would be greatly welcomed. Furnishings are now located both in the back of the store near the dressing rooms and in the very front of the store by the luggage.

Very decent selection. I even saw a few North Face jackets there. Always cool stuff in the clearance section. Great for bargain hunters.

I found the most beautiful snow globe here for my son last year. We have now started a collection and it's all thanks to your beautiful selection

Elko has the best Marshall’s I have ever shopped in. The organization and cleanliness of the store is perfect. What wonderful merchandise they have.
