The Home Depot

I've been going to this Home Depot for 2 years and the garden center is always great to see! It has become one of my "stress relief" areas to go browse in.
The home supplies are awesome and there is a good amount of clearance items for those that enjoy their savings.
The employees are super friendly and focus on their jobs and customers throughout the day.
10/10 would recommend.

The people that work here really make the difference, have been really nice and helpful (Not the most knowledgeable all the time), but are willing to try and figure it out with you. I have been here many times for all kinds of projects and got the same results. That is what sets this apart from any other Home Depots

Mary H and Toni G are incredible employees. I have lost too many gloves at work and Mary H gave me her glove clip. As a fellow retail employee, thank you. This was a blessing during the holidays. Thank you Toni G for helping assist with this.

This has to be the most friendly and helpful Home Depot I've ever shopped at; and I've shopped alot at Home Depot.

Great staff at this Home Depot. Jon went out of his way to give me proper advice for everything I could think of while suggesting the proper tools and materials needed for the project. Jon and the team are an asset to not only home depot but the community.

This is the best home Depot I have ever been to. They are super helpful. I never had to look for someone to help me. I was asked on numerous occasions while shopping if I need assistance. That is soo unusual for home Depot

Johanna was very helpful with my purchase of a range. She helped me choose a good one within my budget. I definitely recommend this store for your home improvement needs.

Staff is always helpful. I have never had a problem with stock. They always have what I'm looking for. Did a special order for blinds and got them very fast and they were perfect. A couple years ago thus wasn't the case. But they have made a lot of improvements and I, as a consumer, really appreciate their efforts to constantly improve.

Angelica in paint dept. is amazing! Especially when it comes to tweaking a paint color lighter or darker to make it just the right color you are wanting! Saved the day for me. So much appreciated! She always gives top notch customer service

My dogs love going to Home Depot too they always love all the extra attention from everyone!

Very clean and orderly. Many of the employees are very knowledable and eager to help. Great garden and paint selection. If you are looking for spray paint this is the cheapest place in town. Some prices have been marked incorrectly but they have checked and made adjustments with no problems. Easy returns. Best to go before 5 pm when more people are working and less stocking is being done. Not many cashiers mainly self checkout.

I'm responding to the reviews which I just noticed are two years old and back then the reviews were more or less accurate. But today, 9/20/14, I was in the store and unlike other visits, I couldn't get the clerks to leave me alone. They knew were the stuff was and were able to suggest alternatives on a plumbing project (perpetual dog water bowl). I don't expect these guys to know it all--just enough to get me in the right isle. If I'm in the store, I already know what I'm doing and what I need. And when I'm in the store unchaperoned (no wife) it's like being a kid in a candy store.

I was helped by a fellow named Scott the other day and I have to say, the guy knew exactly what I was trying to describe and not one, but two locations in the store where I could find it—not just the aisle, but the section and how high off the floor. The amount of detail was amazing. He is the kind of guy you hope to run into at a hardware store—knowledgeable and courteous. Keep it up Scott!

Nick in lumber was extremely helpful. The place is much better than ever before. Not really a moment you don't see a clerk or floor sales to help you. Knowledgeable staff and if they dont know the answer they get somebody who does and everybody seems to love my well trained dog little Man visit piles of smiles on Facebook to like and share

Went into home depot today and again had great customer service! Every employee we walked by asked if we needed help. Bought some wood for fencing started to load it into the truck and had an employee walk up and started helping, he was very friendly and you could tell he loved his job! Thank you again Elko Home Depot, you have great customer service!

I have to say that this home Depot in Elko has definitely improved overall in the last year. The review I'm leaving though is definitely for Trinity at the pro desk. Trinity is the most thorough employee that I have encountered easily in the last five or 10 years. I have done more than 25 transactions with her and she has yet to make one mistake, all of my orders are always in perfect condition and she follows up on everything and keeps me posted as well on orders that are being shipped. Trinity is definitely a shining star at the Eko Home Depot.

Shout out to Mario in electric.
When the plug to my 1950s record player got damaged I freaked out a little because i didnt know how to fix something that old. Mario was very friendly and professional. Answered all my questions. He even came down off the ladder/stairs to help instead of just yelling down at me and pointing.
He thanked me for coming and told me to have a nice day. FINALLY proper customer service here.
