McDonald's Idaho Street

I came here late Sunday evening on my way home. I believe the gal working was by herself, so the service wasn't super fast. She did however have several people to take care of seemingly by herself. She was pleasant, nonetheless. Not stressed out, used manners and was attentive. The food was fresh and delicious!

Normally, I do not use McDonald’s for meat products on a Friday I do not have any option as a muslim and do not find any Halal restaurant nearby then I go McDonald’s and try to get some fish fillet and fries some drinks, and sometimes ice coffee. This time I went there for drinks and ice coffee and they made a good coffee but wedding time is little long. It’s all right.

The Big Breakfast with Hotcakes is definitely the best way to start out your day. A well balanced meal.

I have never eaten here but they are currently demolishing it April 4, 2022 until the summer I believe.

We made great friends there. Angela is the one who takes our order. What a great lady. She's so fun asks how your doing remembers you. There's another lady that give you your order can't remember her name but really great.

Staff are very fast and friendly. Get your order done quickly so your on your merry way.

I was a little bummed their ice cream machine was broke, but if I remember correctly from a YT video that I saw the corporate hogs up top at MD's are in kahoots with the ice cream machine companies and make them purposely suck so the franchisees have to pay money to repair them more often, so I'm not sure if I can blame them for no ice cream. Plus, they made up for it with the most delicious fries and nuggies I have had from MD's in a while, and had a nice lady behind the counter that told me to have a nice day. Thank you Mc Donalds

Great location! Property seems well taken care of and the food was fresh and came out fast. The staff was attentive and quick to notice customers! We really enjoyed this location and the workers that make it as great as it is! Thank you

Food was hot and ready breakfast time is the bomb and it's not easier messed up and they did a super good job made 12 egg and cheese sausage McMuffins they were so good and the Fam loved em !

Used the drive thru for a week to buy my morning coffee. Fast service and the staff was always cheerful.

We were driving from San Jose Californian on our way back to Texas and stopped at McDonald for coffee and breakfast. I left my jacket on the chair and realized it when we arrived to Park City, Utah. I called the store and Teresa, the restaurant manger sent it to my home address. I appreciate her professionalism and support shipping the jacket to me.

I must also add that we enjoyed our breakfast and coffee as well!

I went there for lunch with my friends it was good. I highly suggest McDonald's

Came for breakfast when it wasn't too busy. Got my hashbrowns really fresh. The staff was friendly, other patrons even more so. Good way to start my day. Also they didn't try to fill my cup of OJ with ice like most places would.

What can I say, this particular McD's was a lifesaver. I unexpectedly got stranded in Elko (more than 300 mi from home due to a diesel turbo self-destructing). It was late Saturday afternoon and no immediate options to get home. I asked the diesel repairman that looked at the truck to drop me off at McD's because I knew I could get something to eat, use the restroom, and have a chance to sit down and figure out how to get home.

The young man who was the manager on duty was very sweet and accommodating - he allowed me to stay and use the store as homebase until the store closed (which fortunately corresponded to when a friend was able to drive 4.5 hours one way to pick me up). I can't say enough for how thankful I am that I was able to use this particular McD's as a safe harbor - I don't know what I would have done or where I would have gone if the manager hadn't allowed me to sit in a corner and wait for my ride for as long as l did. He was a knight in shining armour and I will always remember his kindness and sing his praises.

Because I was in the store for so long I was able to watch and listen to the manager do his job. He did an amazing job keeping things and employees moving and motivated - he spoke to the employees respectfully while at the same time trying to get orders out with freshly prepared food in a timely manner. I ordered multiple items and all were fresh, yummy, and hit the spot.

Kudos and job well done to the employees at this Elko McD's.

This is most definitely the better McDonald's in town they're food is always fresh and the people are always courteous.

What can I say,the food always tastes like it was just made,everytime I walk in always greeted with big smiles an beautiful customer service! This is literally the only McDonald's I love going to! the employees are more then good they're great!!!💖

Had a great experience! Eduardo at the window, double checked my order to make sure everything was there, noticed there was no dressing for the salads, went back to get one. He will go a long way with his attitude and helpfulness.
