The UPS Store

I came here to notarize a document. I made an appointment online which was really spectacularly convenient. The notary was fast, efficient, and kind. One of my best experiences at a UPS store ever.

I Can’t say enough about this location. Everybody here somehow is always fast efficient and friendly. Now I’m not saying you never have to wait they get busy but they are very good at keeping the flow going at this Location. I don’t feel I’ve ever had an excessive weight here.

I recently used this store to ship a few sentimental and fragile items across the country, including two large framed pieces of art and a large glass vase. Conner, the Manager, packaged them beautifully. They arrived in one piece- and I’m pretty sure they would have survived a fall from a few stories up! I told Conner that the items had extreme sentimental value to me and he assured me that he would package them as if they held that value to him personally. I would strongly recommend this location to ship valuable or sentimental items. I’m super impressed!

Great service at Woodward location. Employees are very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and will go out of their way to make your visit a pleasant one. I’ve made about 12 transactions at this location and the longest I waited was 3 minutes if that. For Amazon returns are hassle free and easy. Job well done !!!

the personnel working at this store on the night I came in - AMAZING - it was close to closing time too. The associate that helped me (Kim) gets a 10+, and her team a 10. I liked how customers come first and how the associates helped each other. Great teamwork. I got my taxes printed and filed on time. Great store that I highly recommend.

My visit was great! Kathy helped me find the correct packing materials and got me the best deal on shipping to send chocolate chip cookies to 3 different family members for Valentine’s Day. Thanks 😊

Great customer service! I needed a label and packing slip printed (due to purchasing an item from a retailer that hasn't started using emails/QR codes for shipping labels yet) and UPS store #4708 took care of it for me and packaged up my shipment too! And they did it with a smile too!

Staff is always super – efficient! They move things along at a really good pace, I think...and I'm always greeted with a smile and a very upbeat attitude.
The store is always clean, organized and well cared for.

The staff and owners here are Rockstars! Great interactions on multiple occasions, with everyone very helpful and efficient. Nice and easy spot for drop-offs. I would highly recommend if you need to ship something.

Every time I walk in, I'm greeted with a smile, no matter how busy the store is. Every employee there is moving with speed and efficiency. The patience shown with customers that need help with processes, or technology is rarely seen elsewhere.

Friendly service. They really go out of their way to make sure everything is right.

Kathy C. waited on me and helped me change my drop off location for an Amazon return. She really went above and beyond and was totally patient through the whole process.

I have had several good experiences at this UPS store. The staff is always very friendly and gets things done quick. I am writing a review today because of my spectacular experience with their notary services, specifically working with Kathy. She was so helpful, patient, and kind and helped us get all the documents that we needed done. She remembered me when I came back later in the day and was such a joy to talk to and work with. Shout out to Kathy and everyone else who has helped me at this location. I appreciate you so much!

I’ve done several Amazon returns here over the last month and each time I have been in and out in a minute or less! A++

Always helpful and friendly. Every time I go everything is handled with the workers going above and beyond what is needed. I brought in a package and they secured it for me just in case to keep it safe. Also helped me track down a missing shipment that actually wasn't missing but just misplaced by the recipient. However they were ready to start the process to credit me back in case the package was lost. I will always come to this store when I need to ship something.

They are very personal and we had a great conversation! They are also very fast!

I have to tell you I will never go to any other UPS store. I had an awful experience with the Birmingham UPS. All but one person was so blaze and did not try to find any other way to print my return label. One person said, "It doesn't happen to anyone else", and the nice one said, it happens all the time. I am so happy they sent me to the Royal Oak store, which is another franchise. THERE WAS TYLER!!! HE would not give up. He couldn't get the label to print either, but he took a picture of the label as it appeared on my iPad, enlarged it, and printed that. I was watching and everyone at this store was so helpful, smiling, and treating each customer as though they were special Jaden, Michelle, and Kathy C. you are so special. Let us not forget Joshua. Thank you you are a great team.

Patient, speedy, professional, courteous.
You can't imagine the things people tote in for return shipping and this amazing staff handles it all without batting an eye. If you don't come prepared, they charge next to nothing to handle the packaging and label printing for you. They are definitely not gouging like most other businesses.
