I got the best care with the Dr than I got at the Franciscan Hospital. She even called few days after to see how I was doing. Just wow!

I really do appreciate the fact that almost every single CVS across the United States is set up fairly the same so that you can get in and get out, making the most of your time.

All the staff were Awesome and wonderful and treated me like I was a million bucks worth of kindness and compassion!!! Won’t go elsewhere …

On 21 January 2021 I had to go to the emergency room and the medication I was prescribed could not be electronically transmitted to the CVS. Because of this, I had to go inside to get my prescriptions filled.

The pharmacist on duty was adept, cordial, and professional. He handled customer calls, drive-thru customer, and counter customers very well and despite being the only one on staff.

As I walked around the store while waiting for my prescriptions to be filled, every associate was kind, greeted me, and asked me if I needed help.

If you have to get prescriptions filled at odd hours or need to grab basics from a drug store, I highly recommend the CVS on Sagamore Parkway (West Lafayette, IN) for a quiet and pleasant shopping experience.

I have not experienced this kind of cordial and prompt customer service in a long time. I greatly appreciate the efforts of the pharmacist and retail staff. Thanks to all of them for allowing people like me to get the necessities to deal with a very, very difficult situation and not adding to the stress of my situation. God bless them for working at risk during this most trying of times.

The staff at this CVS care about you. I just received a call making sure that my new medication is working well for me. That was very appreciated! Their drive thru is run efficiently, my meds are always filled at the most within 2 hours of being requested by the doctor, and the front store ladies are always so nice too.

I've been getting my prescription just fine for the past few months. It's a popular place, so their drive-thru line is sometimes a wait, but that's fine. Honestly, the reviews scared me from going here, but it's most convenient. Perhaps it was worse back then, but the pharmacy seems fine.

Glad they are open 24 hours! Nice pharmacist overnight..

Every time I walk into CVS, the workers shout very mean things at me whenever I go into the toy aisle to buy monster trucks for my hot wheels collection. They spit directly into my retinas whenever I go up to check out. I went into their bathroom and it was full of rats in a tiny circus tent. One of the rats came up to me and said, "No one will believe you" and packed up all the circus equipment before I could get a worker to check it out. Im very scared to go into any bathroom anymore because I'm scared the rats will come back and tase me in my colon. Other than that Its fantastic!

I picked up my meds totally forgetting that I switched insurance. Jong had caught that and very thankful he did. Yes I had to wait a few extra minutes but I was okay with it

I have never had any problems with this pharmacy. Staff are friendly and helpful, the store is clean and well stocked, and they have my medications on time.

Night staff is always helpful and friendly

They have great deals on products with there app & weekly special's. I shop here frequently in store & pharmacy and have never had a problem with either.

I did not have to wait a long time to be seen. The service was excellent.
I appreciated the time that she took to evaluate my injury and listen to my medical history too. Very happy with the results too. Thanks!

Easy in and out. Check app for coupons before. Prices are higher. But only use for convenience.

Customer service is nice, everything was well organized & easy to find.
