My wife and I eat Indian at least once a week and I was worried that moving to Indiana was going to get in out way. This little market does a GREAT job. Most things we need, most of the time. Nice people, great lay out. We love it. (I often stop by for a fresh warm Samosa even if I don't have other shopping)

Definitely the best (and to my knowledge only) place in town to get South Asian ingredients and other paraphernalia (correction: I just remembered there’s also LA Village Food Mart on the levee, but that place is so terrible it might as well not exist). They have a comprehensive and fairly priced selection and the staff/owners are all very friendly and happy to help you find anything. Unfortunately it’s not in a great location - getting in and out can be an issue if traffic is bad and the parking situation is, um, less than ideal. Also, it had just opened right before I moved out of state last July, and although the decor was essentially nonexistent and there were large empty areas I figured it was a work in progress. Well, I moved back a year later and if it’s a work in progress, that progress would be best measured on a geologic timescale. I don’t think a single thing had changed. Plus their card reader wasn’t working last time I visited, which I’ll assume they had no control over and it was fine anyway, I just paid in cash (despite the “national coin shortage” which, not to sound like a conspiracy theorist but the manager of my bank told me in no uncertain terms was absolute nonexistent, so take that as you will). Anyway, definitely check it out, if you ever need any South Asian ingredients or prepared food (I think, can’t confirm) even the largest container imaginable is cheaper there than the cheapest you can find anywhere else in town, and it’s all the real deal.

Decent selection of Indian foods and spices. Prices can be a bit more variable than expected, but that might just be due to supply chain issues. Store is currently being rearranged...

Quite spacious place with a great variety of well stocked Indian goods. They also have some Puja items and Indian attires. The prices are reasonable than the one near the Purdue main campus.

Clean store, very helpful staff, lots of variety of foods. When I couldn't find what I was looking for staff was quick to help me. My only negative is that I couldn't figure out the organizational pattern of the food (for example, spices were in a few different areas), but that wasn't enough for me to reduce from five stars. I'm really happy this place is here and encourage others to frequent it so it stays on business for a long time.

My review about this particular shop haven't changed but I want to add some point about some products they have.

Nanak a brand of sweets is really bad and doing fraud with the customer. They add tissue paper/toilet paper in their sweets such as rosmalai. Please don't buy this product. I believe even the owner of the shop doesn't know about this.

If you like indian and asian cuisine you will like this shop. They have millions of spices and they are good. Their frozen section is not rich yet but they have some fresh chilli, less expensive veggies (selected and not available all time). I really like their okra, chinese melon, long melon, small eggplant.

Finally stopped in yesterday and was really happy to see a great variety of dal and spices (what we went for). Lots of other things looked interesting too, so I'll need to return. The space is quite large, so I hope that they are able to grow further.

Inside Lafayette, the best place for any kind of south Asian food. The place is well-organized. Price is always mentioned which is a good thing. The veggie section needs upgrade.

This is a nice indian shop in west lafayette.

The owners are very friendly and the shop is very spacious and well lit as compared to the other indian grocery stores in the Lafayette area. All kinds of items are usually available, and if something is not there they make it available after sometime if possible if we communicate that to them.

I like this place. Very good day to day groceries. They have some unique veggies. Most of the time they are fresh. Sometimes I found them not fresh but I believe its difficult to maintain a asian grocery shop with not much customers. I would recommend this place for non asian to if you like to put spices and herbs in your recipes. Their okra, bitter melon chinese melon/long melon, green chilli are great.

I visited for my first time yesterday, their 4th day open. They have a wonderful selection, with fresh, frozen, and dry goods, bulk, medium, and small portions. They have the largest selection of incense ever. It took me about 45 minutes to take everything in before making my selections. I bought naan, frozen pakora, 2 kinds of samosas, breakfast cakes, tea masala, lentils, and tamarind sauce. Anyone who loves Indian food and cooking will love this place!

Come check this place out. They're well stocked up on all kinds of ingredients that I have never seen before. They've got all kinds of items you won't find in a traditional grocery store. Ive been in a couple times and will definately be back.

Really excited to see new Indian and international grocery store. We could really do more of these here. It's much bigger than the other store. They also sell furniture and Indian ethnic clothes.
