Artisan Electric

We had an exhaust fan overheat and cause some wire damage in the attic and needed an electrician fast. I googled electricians near me and called the first couple that came up and they weren’t able to come out for over a week. I called Artisan and given the critical nature of the work, Chris came out that day and did the evaluation and had a quote an hour later. I accepted the bid and his team of David & Kyle were on site 2 days later and completed the repairs within the estimated time frame. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. The next time I need an electrician, I’ll only need to make 1 call and that will be to Artisan Electric.

Great outfit. David and Reuben came out to work on addressing a ceiling fan issue. Guys communicated in advance and showed up as scheduled. Artisan is my “go to” on anything electrical. Thanks!!

Artisan is one of the best service contractors I have had the opportunity to work with. They performed a 200 Amp service upgrade that was handled in a completely professional manner. They sent me a thank you card for simply contracting their services before the work was ever performed.

The owner, Chris provided the estimate and answered all of my questions regarding the work that would be done. Their office manager, Lilly was extremely helpful throughout the process and always responsive. Electricians, Rob and David did a great job with the actual upgrade and were excellent to work with.

I highly recommend giving Artisan a try if you have any electrical needs.

Our experience with Artisan Electric was phenomenal from start to finish. They weren't actually the first electricians I called; mainly because, when I looked at their website, they have some amazing project examples on there, and I thought our little fixes would be too small of a project for them. I called five other places in the area, and I never got past a phone call with any of them. One person said they were too busy and our house was "too far away to be worth it" (no joke), another said they would connect me to the electrician and then hung up on me, another said they would call me back and never did. On and on I went through the list of electricians on here and was just baffled at how little they cared about the customer service aspect of their business.

So I called Artisan Electric finally, and immediately I knew I should have just called them at the start. Lilly answered right away and got me on their schedule. She even pushed my consultation up a week earlier because I asked if they had anything sooner, and she fit me in when she really didn't have to. Chris showed up right on time and inspected my whole house and looked at all my concerns. He answered all my naive questions with kindness, and made suggestions for how to make the full project more affordable for us. They got us on the schedule about 2 months out from the day we approved the quote.

During those 2 months, we had multiple people tell us we were overpaying and we should have found someone else. First of all, I couldn't even get anyone else to schedule us. Second, now that our project is done, I can tell you that Artisan Electric was worth every cent.

Rob and his apprentices showed up on time and walked through the house with us. I can't express enough how amazing and kind Rob is. Everyone was so respectful of our home, and even our cats. For every other contractor we've had at our house, I usually put my cats in a room so I don't have to worry about them being let outside. I didn't have to do that with Rob and his team because they were so careful.

They completed the whole job a day earlier than expected, and even threw in an extra basement outlet for us at no charge. All their work looks amazing and clean. I admit I don't know anything about electrical work, but I know what a mess it looked like before, and I can say that Rob made everything look like a million bucks. He also fixed some of the shoddy outlet installations that someone else did, just so everything looked nice.

We would call Artisan again in a heartbeat for future projects. Their professionalism is outstanding, their workmanship is top tier, and they are some of the kindest people you'll ever work with. They even sent us a card with a magnet in it -- such a cute touch. Thanks so much to Chris, Lilly, Rob, and the apprentices for a great experience.

2nd. Installed a generator transfer switch.
3rd. Ran electricity out to my pool and installed the pool ground.

Chris and the talented team at Artisan Electric are one of the most professional and talented electrical contractors I have worked with. A kitchen remodel in my home built in the 60’s necessitated an update to the circuit board and rewiring for the appliances. The team has completed the first two phases of the job including the new circuit board. Chad was the lead on the team, and he and Chris kept me informed throughout the project. The team is meticulous and respectful of your home. Chris offered guidance on lighting choices and takes into consideration the client’s budget. Kudos to the team at Artisan Electric.

Rob Wood was on time, explained everything he was doing to trouble shoot my problem, explained the solution, cleaned up when he was finished. Very impressed with his professionalism. Would definitely use Artisan Electric again.

We hired Artisan to install a farmhouse ceiling light and other electrical work and were very happy with their services. Both technicians asked me where I’d like the light and at what length. They were both awesome! I’d highly recommend this company.

They installed a plug in the middle of the wall for my tv and put up a wall mount for it and then put the tv in place. Very nice young men, did all that work in a short period of time. Will call Artisan again

Artisan installed a wired Nest doorbell. Ethan made it look easy and was in and out pretty darn quick. Great job!

Use AE if quality matters. We had a deceptively tricky job and called AE in to re-do the work of another contractor. The guys from AE were supremely professional and attentive to the smallest details. You might have to wait to get your job done, but it will be done right! Highest recommendation from me. I'd post photos, but there's nothing to see...which is the point!

An Artisan crew was hired to install a major electrical upgrade. The job was expected to last four days. They finished almost one and a half day earlier than planned. They upgrade was dome professionally and neatly without major damage to recent remodeling. They are to be recommended to anyone.

I called and was lucky enough to have them come out the same day. I couldn’t be on-site but they kept me updated the entire time the repair was going on.
I am very happy with their professionalism and how courteous they were. I will definitely use them for future electrical needs.

They came out twice to look at our project and took the time to meet with the landscaper. They gave use two quotes for different levels of work they could do. They explained clearly what they'd be doing and when they were out here they did great quality work. Our new outdoor lamp looks great! Very happy with it.

Living in a new house. Called Artisan for a home safety inspection. Chris was very friendly and up front in helping us decide where we might spend some initial home improvement dollars. After my significant other gets some of her items crossed off the list I hope to have him back to do some audio/video work for me🙂
