AT&T Store

aaron was THE BEST!!!! i've been struggling with my sim card for a few days now and had gone to other at&t's previously that just gave me temporary solutions that didn't end up working in the long run. what they did with my sim card actually messed my phone up further. aaron tried a bunch of different things to get it working again and when those didn't work due to the system he offered me so many alternative solutions that would not come at too big a cost to me. he was such a genuinely helpful person and i really appreciated it!!!

George went above and beyond to help us add a new line and transfer a number from Consumer Cellular. What could have been a frustrating ordeal was nothing but pleasant and professional. I can't begin to thank him enough for spending the time with us, even causing him to have to stay well past closing. Thanks George!

I've been to this store more than once, but my most recent experience in October,2022 was simply amazing. Alex took care of us(me and my spouse) and changed us to a new money-saving plan for the family and upgraded our phones with ease. She was pleasant, efficient, and clearly an expert in serving us. i can't imagine getting better service anywhere. I'm sure that all of the folks taking care of customers in this store are great (other customers appeared to be taken care of well while we were there,but I'd recommend Alex to anyone. She provided us with extraordinary service by explaining everything kindly and carefully. No pressure sales tactics---just a helpful, personable,friendly spirit and the expert knowledge you'd expect from a professional.alex and the store have my unqualified, higgest recommendation.

We purchased new phones 2/1/23 and when we got home there was an issues with one of our phones having "no service". We called AT&T customer support, but they were unable to help us. We called Nate, thinking he wouldn't answer as he was already at home. He was at home with his family, but didn't hesitate to help us. He facetimed us and fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. He was AWESOME! #Natewasgreat

Excellent, efficient service at this location. Adam was beyond helpful from start to finish. He was informative, patient, and discussed the benefits of each phone/watch and membership plan in depth. He assisted with the setup process for each device and answered all of our questions honestly. We would highly recommend him for all customers! Will definitely request him in future encounters.
