Great customer service from Brian the Manager. He helped me with my purchase of a new electric battery Atlas mower. He explained everything on the phone took time to give me all the information I requested. I would highly recommend this Harbor Freight store.
Brian also helped me when I came into the store. Great place to purchase a lawn mower and anything else you need.

The Hubs and I ran in to pick up something and use a coupon he had. We immediately were greeted by 2 very pleasant young men that wanted to know if we needed any help or if my husband could be directed anywhere. Store was well staffed and shelves well stocked. We were even asked if we needed a bag when we checked out. Great experience in every way.

Kudos to the cashier he pretended to be scared when my 4 year old very obviously tried to sneak up on him by slightly crouching behind the counter as soon as we went to check out. He was very proud of himself after that reaction so honestly, thank you very much!

I love New Store, been a Harbor Freight customer for years! Went to the New Store in Mansfield/Hackettstown. It was outstanding!! Employees very friendly and ready to help. Bought a new Bauer Power Washer On Sale $149. 99 last week!

This Harbor Freight has great employees! They are very welcoming and kind! This store has great prices for tools and gadgets! There's plenty of parking also!

Employees are nice management is very welcoming and prices of course are good obviously you aren't getting the best things on earth but for the most part everything here will do the job.
