Pharmacist/Tech, not sure what she is as she doesn’t wear a name badge, is extremely rude. Calls out “LAST NAME?” Before you’re even at the counter. What about HIPAA? Also, she picked up her phone and texted in the middle of our transaction. Going to transfer my prescriptions to another CVS even if I have to drive a little further. CVS really needs to teach their employees about customer service.

HORRIBLE!! Two weeks now trying to get my antibiotic. Pharmacy calls says it's there, I go to pick up and no they have nothing. Go home and call my doctor who assures me he's called it in and will look into it. Doctor calls the pharmacy himself and is told its' ready for me to pick up. I go and low and behold they can't find it. Nor can they find the rx for the person before or after me. What actually goes on here? Awful service...

Staff and manager alike are HORRIBLE. Filthy store, run-down location, and zero customer service. Just keep driving. There are PLENTY of similar stores just down the road.
