SureStay Plus By Best Western Lehigh Valley

I had a wonderful time in attendance for a JM event.
-some bumps but through no fault of the organizers of the event (I am not affiliated with the event, just Opal the Unicorn stuck in Human form).

This was my first time/weekend and am excited for another event in the near future.

Meet many people, vendors/food trucks, music artists and even enjoyed some discussions!!

Lay over here for work. Company uses this location for employees. Have to say, one of the BETTER hotels they use. The room was so quiet, fresh and clean. Plenty of room and amenities. There was even a back door to the pool area. 👍🏾 Definately recommend this place for rest and relaxation! 👍🏾

This hotel is very nice and clean, the the staff is very nice and friendly. There is also a nice bar restaurant inside. The pool area is closed during winter time but it is a nice pool area.

Clean close to my friends house. Easy to get to. Friendly staff inexpensive exactly what I needed.

I'm a driver for Werner Enterprises. This is one of the hotels the company uses to allow us a place to stay as we have our trucks worked on, during training and change of equipment.

I've enjoyed my stay. Nice rooms and friendly staff.

They have a good continental breakfast, also. I have a dairy allergy. So, when I saw that one of the mornings they only had cheese omelets, I asked if there were just simple scrambled. One of the staff, Jenn, asked them to make some just for me. Above and beyond! Thank you!

Very nice accommodations and close to the casino, which was the purpose of our visit. The exterior looked nice, but the interior and the rooms were very nice. We like this spot and we'll utilize SureStay again the next time we visit the casino!

I stayed here for a little over a week to relocate for a new job. I ate dinner right at the hotel almost every night and I was never disappointed. The staff are so nice and conversational. The chef sometimes has specials that are really good! The first night he made this really great mushroom ravioli. The next time he had a special, I wasn't sure I would like it, so the chef offered to make the one I had gotten the week before instead! That is great service. Cleaning staff are nice and friendly as well. I would stay longer if I could!

My goto hotel but only when I can Priceline the cost down to $80. 3 star hotel with really decent size rooms, newly renovated. Hallway and snack machine now need updating, I don’t trust their ice machines. No carpeting in the rooms is a huge plus. Downside is no elevator, extremely long hallways that need renovating terribly. They also have an outdoor pool and a bar onsite. Buffet breakfast included with a decent selection. Unfortunately the I still find people are disrespectful and dirty as there always seems to have way too much garbage everywhere they also have security on site but since it’s tucked away and there isn’t heavy foot traffic I’ve always felt safe even walking outside having a cigarette at 3/4 AM. Housekeeping is mostly fluent in Spanish only and I don’t speak Spanish so to get towels or extra shower supplies I had to meander around the place to find only English speaking housekeeper. I want to say that I highly recommend this hotel but I like that it’s off the radar.

Attended a wedding reception here, and stayed for 2 nights. All of the staff, whether front desk, party room, or housekeeping, were friendly, attentive, and responsive to all requests. Guest rooms were clean and comfy. Complimentary hot breakfast was a big plus. Hotel restaurant was nothing exceptional but it was good enough. Service during the wedding reception was very good. Overall, my wife and I were pleased!

We had our annual awards banquet for a touring race series at the facility last night. The staff all went above and beyond and all our guests enjoyed themselves. It appears the facility is older, but they have done a lot to renovate and update the entire building. It's clearly a work in progress, but everything was clean and well kept. We have no complaints and I already contacted Liz to reserve our date again for next year! We have tried other facilities in the area and this is the first we want to return to so that should speak volumes!

I stayed here July 23-25. The front desk staff is fantastic. I booked with Expedia & the hotel rates were cheaper. The staff talked to Expedia (who was not very willing to work with me at first) and got me a refund. They were always very friendly as well. The pool is clean and very nice. The breakfast has a lot of variety and is a great way to start your day. The room was a little dated but clean. If you’re looking for a fancy place, this isn’t your place but if you’re looking for quality customer service, friendly helpful staff and a clean place to stay, I highly recommend. I stayed here to go to Sesame Place and the Crayola Experience and would do so again.

One of the best hotels I ever been to, it has a bar and a great restaurant inside the building (both are separate from the hotel itself so you so have to pay for the food). The food inside the hotel's restaurant was a tad bit expensive but it was fantastic. The room was good for what I need to do, it had two doors which made for easy loading and unloading. The part that really made this hotel worth it was the breakfast. The breakfast was free and it was all made right then and there, the eggs were great, and same with the rest of the food. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend!

We have stayed here prior going into the Crayola experience. Hotel was clean and for a good price. Swimming pool was clean. Breakfast was fresh compared to other places we have tried. There is a remodel in progress at some part if tge hotel but there was no disturbance. All staff were super friendly.

I travel for work and stayed at this Best Western two weeks. The first week I stayed I enjoyed how quiet it was and the continental breakfast. I decided to stay a second week because I enjoyed it so much the first week. The room was very nice sized and the front desk was very courtious when I told them I worked a third shift and needed silence throughout the day. I even tried the restaurant and had a taco salad that was huge and tasted really good. They have a really nice bar which I tried and the bartender was very friendly and quick on the refills. Another plus I liked about the breakfast is that they served French Toast and lots of it. I especially enjoyed this due to how many places I end up with the standard make your own Belgium Waffle (which I also love). I would stay here again if I ever get a chance. Loved it and it felt like home away from home. Oh the pool outside has a Cabana bar. ;)

I found a great deal for the price of a room for a night, so we stayed here after a concert in Philadelphia, before heading home in the morning, a few hours away. I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms were. Also, the breakfast was very good with lots of options. I will definitely look into staying here again, if needed.

AWESOME WENT TO ALMOST EVERY HOTEL IN THE NEW YORK AREA...SO I CAME HERE FOR MY BIRTHDAY 🎂..NICEST, CLEANEST INDOORS, ROOMS BEAUTIFUL, WARM OUTDOOR POOL OPEN UNTIL 10PM. NOT EXPENSIVE...5 OUT OF 5 ⭐'s

My friends and I stayed over a weekend, we had an excellent time. The staff were all courteous and very friendly...and the breakfast was excellent, hot French toast and sausage all complimentary along with a traditional continental breakfast. We called the front desk and had towels in minutes. At night they have a club that was packed out and def an experience...we are already planning much longer stay just to enjoy this place again.
