This place is so beautiful!! From the moment we walked in the host was so nice, the waitress was everything!! And the FOOD! 10/10. We live an hour away and decided to try something new for a birthday dinner. Did not disappoint. I also got a birthday ice cream cake which made my night. We will definitely be returning and recommending

The best dinner I have had all year hands down!!! We arrived a little early before our reservation so we were welcomed to sit at the bar which was a dynamic atmosphere to say the least. Drinks were delicious and staff was pleasant. The dinner was amazing from start to finish. From appetizers to our main entrees and dessert...everything was cooked to perfection. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. She checked on us several times throughout our meal . The icing in the cake is the beautiful ambiance you're surrounded by outside and inside of this establishment . I can't wait to return 😁😊 5 stars ✨

5 Stars all around. From start to finish we had a phenomenal experience. Friendly greeter took us to a table up front in the corner. We had privacy. Our server Shelly was fantastic. She went over the specials and menu with us. The scallops and our steaks were a nice portion and cooked perfectly. When we were done eating Shelly put 2 dessert plates on the table then brought out there special dessert. It was the best dessert we ever had. Can't wait to go back in April for our Wedding Anniversary.

Came here for a family event, the restaurant is truly beautiful on the inside and has great atmosphere. The service was pretty good and the food was amazing. Will definitely have to come back in the future to try the actual restaurant, outside of an event. The outdoor dining area also looked very nice.

Easily one of the best restaurants I've been to. The quality of the food and service is excellent. The beef short ribs were incredible and the cocktails are delicious. The prices are higher than most restaurants in the area but well worth the quality. A great place for a special occasion.

Wow. When you want to have a truly excellent meal, give Blue a try. The appetizers we sampled were all excellent: crab cakes, tuna tartar, hummus and bacon wrapped scallops. Very nice steak and seafood options for entrees, with compliments from everyone in our party. A great wine list as well. Didn't try the desserts, so I can't comment on them.

Blue's staff did an AMAZING job for Christmas Eve dinner. My family had different cuts of steak and they all said "It was the best steak I've ever had"! The scallop special with sweet potato and bacon jam was my best bite. Thanks to Al for assisting our 10 person party.

This was my first time here as I was on a date. I called the restaurant earlier in the evening for a reservation around 7 but was told that nothing was available until 8:45. No worries. My date and I sat at the bar and had a great evening. We both had mango martinis, which were phenomenal, and we shared the hummus appetizer, which was a large portion and really good. It was served with traditional Naan bread, carrots, peppers, and cucumbers.

As we both had dinner prior to arriving, we were not too hungry, and the hummus app was the only food we ate. I will say that Blue is a beautiful restaurant with a large wine room at the bar. There are also tables outside on their front patio. As we did not have a table in the dining room, I am unable to comment on anything else.

But the service was very good and I look forward to returning to Blue again. Hopefully, this time, I will sit down and enjoy a full meal.

This place for atmosphere wins. Lighted torches all over and it’s huge in there. The fireplace by the bar was so awesome and the random blue glass vases all over were neat little decor. The bread was amazing and the dinner was really good. Very professional staff. Lots of people dress up to go here but you can dress casual and be fine. Would return again for sure when passing thru the area.

One of, if not the best restaurants in the Lehigh Valley. Great food and speciality cocktails (21st Amendment is the best drink I have ever had). I would put their steaks up against any other place in the area. The service is always excellent.

Blue is always a spectacular dining experience. The atmosphere is wonderful along with the staff. Jada was fantastic, so friendly & accommodating . The food was utterly amazing from the main entre'e thru the dessert. We have never been disappointed at Blue.

Took wife here for our 30th anniversary after moving to the valley a couple of months ago. The Blue came highly recommended, and they did not disappoint! Food was stellar, and so was the service. We will definitely be back for special occasions, date nights, and casual dining (they have outdoor seating, area).

We always have the best dinner. Our server tonight, Kira, was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond, not only being attentive, but also making recommendations for us. She was so patient with my grandfather too. Thank you, Kira!

We were not disappointed! Prime rib was perfectly seared and salted, the salmon entrée is seared beautifully and rests on a bed of tangy slaw. The kids enjoyed their shell Mac, boneless crispy wings, and Flatbread pizza. The appetizers we had were very nice - French onion soup, Lobster Bisque with lumps of lobster, and some delicious calamari. The calamari was a tad greasy, but I enjoyed every garnish of salad or celery.
We also enjoyed the outside patio - poi fountain pond and a hearth fountain. Fun to sit by while my son and I got some air while waiting for our food.

Our experience at Blue was top notch due to the service we all received from our server Anthony! His professionalism was on another level, far from what I’ve personally experienced. From asking the basic questions you’d expect at a restaurant to asking and doing things I’ve never heard/seen a server do. He made sure every little inconvenience was taken care of before it happened. From asking us if we wanted the doors closed so we had a more private experience, taking our picture, refilling drinks and taking away dishes, proper manners of handing out silverware across people at the table, and moving tables so we could take that picture. My best Birthday dinner ever!!! Loved my Steak Frites and the monster ice cream desert. Service was professional courteous, and friendly. My first time at this establishment. Bravo, bravisimo!

Went here on a recommendation from a food group on Facebook. So glad I did! I wish I had taken more pictures of the food but I was actually too busy enjoying it. All of it was incredible. From the shrimp cocktail to filet mignon to the crab Mac n cheese. I ordered the herb butter sauce for my filet but, honestly, it didn't need it. The meat was cooked to perfection and was delicious all on its own. Melted in the mouth tender. The speciality drink was nutter nanners, a combination of PB vodka and banana liquor that mimicked the taste of a PB/banana/fluff sandwich. It was so delicious it warranted a second round.

Came to this amazing restaurant for the first time, plenty of parking, very clean, excellent food The only thing was that when I was ordering my food the waitress asked me, “do you know the food is expensive in here do you want to know the price before ordering”? That was rude, you can never judged a book by its cover it’s just food. Besides that the overall was good and the other waitress treated me with respect and gave me good customer service, I still left them a good tip after all.

My sisters wedding was held on Labor Day weekend and Joseph and his staff were absolutely amazing! Everything was just perfect and all our needs were met! Gina was there the day of as well to help with anything we all needed and really showed they cared for our family. The food was amazing, venue is beautiful and the staff truly loves what they do and it shows! I would recommend Blue to any bride and groom looking for a memorable experience on their wedding day!
