I'm a frequent shopper at the Talbots's in Montvale and I love theirs clothing, trends and styles. I especially want to thank Margie and Carol for always being so kind and accommodating during my shopping experiences. I recently bought a few items that I needed to return and Margie was very helpful, Carol always walks around the store to help me find just the right style for whatever day of the week I'm looking for, if your ever in the area stop by and see these young ladies theirs wonderful.

Great sales- 40% off the entire store even before Xmas. I was able to update my wardrobe with practical, warm tops.

I’ve been shopping at the Tice Corner, Woodcliff Lake store since they opened, and the sales associates are absolutely wonderful!
The styles are beautiful and fit me and my lifestyle perfectly.

Friendly store with good quality clothing. They do spread things out all over the store in a confusing way. Looking for shorts and jeans required several laps of the room.

Terrible experience. The older woman at the cash wrap ignored me for 3 customers (all of which were very WASPY looking). She then went to go tend to the hanging clothes on the racks, and another woman helped me. She was incredibly rude and said I could not return pants despite my having the receipt as well as the tags (I had detached them as they felt good initially when trying on at home). This is not the first time I’ve been ignored there. The funny part is, I typically spend a good amount of money when I do shop there. But, you can’t guess my nationality, so I guess that’s a con for them. The best part is - they have a sign that says they value diversity and inclusion. Highly unsettling. Will NOT be back to this location.
