This store has always been a pleasure to visit. The team members are always friendly and helpful. The store is immaculate. Apple has everything optimized to make it as quick and easy as possible to do business with them as smooth as possible. I’d visit this store over some of the larger mall stores nearby.

I needed a new desktop and stopped by the Apple Store @Tice's Corner. I really liked that store because they were very helpful, but not overpowering like some get.can get. I told them want I was looking for and the things I thought were super important to me and they found exactly what I needed.
The store was new, clean and everyone was friendly. I recommend them to anyone looking for Apple products.

Could not have asked for a smoother purchase. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure my experience was seamless. The only thing I wish Apple would do differently would be to allow customers to tip employees!

The location was extremely busy on a Friday afternoon and would have given lower stars for how long it took to get to us even with an appointment. However, gave 5 stars because when it was our turn, JP was EXCEPTIONAL in his service and got my husband and I accommodated with our needs. Thank you for your time today and would recommend this location for your apple product needs. Added bonus it’s not located in a mall.

I was just going for a case for my AirTag and the workers there are very helpful! Was in and out of there fast!

Old school store, pretty small and comfy.
Apple is always busy and this location is not exemption I think by this time we all know that you need a reservation for the Genius Bar and if you worry about your photos you better backup even before you enter the doors.

We had a great sales associate. His name was Alex. What a great guy! Very personable and knowledgeable. We would recommend him!

After reading the many negative reviews, I was very apprehensive about going there. Additionally, I had a very negative experience there during COVID. Yesterday, I was pleasantly surprised with my visit! As soon as I walked in for my appointment, I was welcomed by a greeter who was truly there to help me. Waited only 10 minutes to go the the Genius Bar. My specialist, Mark, couldn’t have been nicer. He was professional, pleasant & patiently worked in fixing my screen issue with my iPhone 13. He was just wonderful & cared about helping me. So happy to write about my experience & to give credit to my Specialist. Positive vibe in the store!!!

This store was very helpful and knowledgeable. I went back a year ago with an iPhone X that had a screen that was causing ghost functions. The same day they reprogrammed an Apple TV so I could begin using it again. I was planning on going there to buy an iPhone 14 and see they are closed “temporarily.”

Great experience in this apple store.very organized and all the employees are super friendly.

This is the best Apple Store of all. The staff is knowledgeable helpful friendly. I live closer to the one at Garden State Plaza and always choose to come here. The customer service is the best. I had an issue trying to figure out how to do something and one of their employees "Disco" worked past her time to leave. I came back next day so we could finish figuring this issue out and she had worked on it on her own time so she had it figured out when I got there She spent at least an hour more making sure I fully understood the program. I felt like I was the only one there. I never felt rushed. Awesome experience.

Made an appointment for my phone that was not charging. I got there on time. Waited about 10 minutes for help. The person helping me was quite, but friendly. Turns out my lighting port just had dust and lint in it. He cleared it out, made sure everything was working well. He worked with me for about half an hour, got my phone charging, and I was not charged. I had a good experience.

I was approached immediately when I entered. I had an appointment and was directed to a consultant within a few minutes. He explained all of my options and gave me a cost and timing estimate. The repair was completed faster than expected. Service was excellent. Highly recommend this location.
Update 8/23/22 I was assisted immediately even without an appointment and the problem was corrected in a few minutes. Service is excellent and staff could not be more helpful and pleasant.

The process of buying a new iPhone at this store is always very pleasant and easy. Barbara was great to work with! She provided her honest opinions about various phone cases, etc.. very pleasant. Highly recommend! All of the staff here was friendly and helpful. It looks like it’d be a great place to work as well!

My wife purchased an apple series 7 watch and an apple I phone 13 per her cardiologist and had some issues. We met with Amanda who was extremely helpful answering all my wires questions and set us up for the class regarding the watch and phone.

This is the best place to go for Apple product repairs. I'm sitting here now having an iphone repair taken care of quickly. Terry and Sean helped me very quickly and got me on the way with a new phone. The manager finished the process very quickly for me and got me on my way. Would highly recommend. (Make an appointment if you can..but if not no worries they update you on how long the wait is).

I am a college senior in the middle of finals week. On Thursday morning, my cat knocked my Macbook Pro off my bed and broke the screen. After work, I brought my laptop to this store. Even though I didn't have an official appointment, everyone working there was so incredibly kind as to try their absolute best to help me out. The man who was outside sort helping appointments and such was so understanding and sympathetic, and the manager was kind enough to take me aside and help me find out a way to use my laptop for finals week and then get it maintenanced afterwards. The people working here are so nice, and I truly appreciate them going out if their way to help me in my very desperate time of need. 10/10 service, and this store has earned my loyalty due to their compassionate service.
