What a great way to leave a local business! Just had the friendliest girl help me. Alaina was cheery, friendly and spoke like she enjoyed her job. She is as so pleasant I was taken back. It doesn’t cost extra to be kind! Thank you Alaina for putting a smile on my face and being cheery! Happy holidays 🎄😊

We did the drive thru which was exceptionally quick. Everything was ready when we drove up to the window. The iced cinnamon dolce lattes were excellent with a piece of lemon pound cake to split while overlooking Stonybrook Harbor. Not a bad way to while away an hour in the summer.

I saw God at this Starbucks he was 7 foot 3 inches tall and also was glowing. He got a cold brew so I knew he was chill. Everyone who works here is so nice I love u guys

I can’t say enough about the staff today. Was on my motorcycle and feeling lightheaded. Stopped in to take off helmet and get a drink. Even after finishing my drink I was still not ready to ride. The barrista gave me a cup if water. If that wasn’t enough they we’re getting ready to close and didn’t rush me. The Barrista cleaning the dining area looked like Taylor Swift and didn’t rush me. She was so polite. If I wasn’t light headed I would have taken her to dinner to say thanks.

The baristas at the St. James Starbucks are awesome. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and really know their craft. I’m always pleased with whatever I order as it’s done correctly and promptly. I highly recommend the St. James Starbucks!

There is a gentlemen who works the drive through almost every morning – I believe his name is Ed. He makes everyone feel important and getting my coffee from him truly makes my morning. My coffee is always perfectly made, too! Thank you!!

I like the setup of this new starbucks! I have been here a few times since they closed in smithtown! I wish they stayed in smithtown but it's still a great place!

Elana is an amazing member of the staff. She is always joyful and ready to help in any way possible. Next time I'm in the area I will come just to see her! Great place! Great people!

Had a really good experience at the drive thru, it was so quick and the staff were do friendly. My drink tasted delicious!

My favorite when it comes to design. Love the second floor. I wonder where all the hot baristas went from when I visited last time.

Love my local Starbucks, I always use the app in advance and I'm in and out depending on the line. Can be a little tricky turning onto Rte 25A depending on which direction you're heading.

Great drinks, the line is always moved very quickly, and the staff is friendly and professional. Keep up the great work!

My favorite Starbucks. The serve pupachinos when you go through the drive through with your dog. Always a very friendly and efficient staff.

Went in for the first time today to the new Starbucks in St James, service was quick people were very friendly, the place is very clean and my latte was delicious.

The Green tea Frappuccino is very good. Get it with Almond Milk, and no whipped!
