Long Island Wine & Spirit Merchant

I like this shop for the consistent availability of whiskeys, wines, and other liquors (tequila) that I don’t find at my usual shop (Total Wine). I live in South Florida and come about annually to visit family in Commack. I almost always make a pilgrimage here to obtain some bottles that are new to me.

Such a great experience at Long Island wine and spirits! The store is very big with great customer service. I order a bunch of engraved bottles for all my friends for their special events and they love them! Definitely go check this store out!

Some of the best prices in the area great selection. Very helpful staff, they do large orders if you as are ordering for party favors, I also got engravings done here as gifts. Very knowledgable staff also if you are on the fence about picking out something they can steer you in the right direction.

The youngster at the register is attentive and very helpful and showed no hesitation in helping me find my Sutter White Merlot when I asked him if they carried it! (which is not a popular 🍷 at all) - BTW, you all should try it!

I go to this location often for many years and I have never had a problem. The staff is always eager to help and extremely nice. I bought a bottle of gin there and I was not happy with the flavor. I brought it back thinking there was nothing they could do for me since I opened the bottle. The store manager gave me credit towards another bottle. I was shocked. I will not go anywhere else.

I was initially hesitant to visit this store, due to the negative review about the staff, but I was looking for a rather difficult to find spirit, and the internet led me here.
My first impression was that of a smiling employee, loading a case of wine into a car for a customer. Every person inside was smiling and very helpful. I cannot help but think the negative review was written by a competitor. I highly recommend this place!

I purchased an engraved wine bottle. They always do a nice job and are reasonably priced. It's a unique gift.

Very extensive stock of fairly priced alcoholic beverages. Everything from new trendy stuff to high end classics. Friendly staff too. I will be back here again.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating . I happen to be looking for a special organic Tequila which they didn't have but they are going to try to order it for me .
