The personnel at this store #1580 is beyond excellent. No bad day with them- no matter the crowd or complexity of the shipping.
Carlos is especially very personable. Good family business. I'd rather go past multiple stores to get to them

Sheila you the best! My beloved Bernina arrived safe and sound in Brasil! I did see them throwing the embroidery module box in the cargo of the airplane and cringed, but all is good! Thank you so much for the beautiful, caring and packing job!

I went in here to complete an errand I was not looking forward to and Carlos was so kind, hospitable and friendly. He made what could have been a bleak experience into an easy one. He’s really nice.

Sheyla was specifically incredible!
I came from about 40 minutes away to get my fingerprinting done and didn't realize that I didn't have the QR code needed to do it. Where most people would send me home and say better luck next time, Sheyla knew exactly what to do and who to call. She helped me throughout the entire process from start to finish and made it as seamless as physically possible.

I wish all UPS stores (and stores in general) were this friendly and helpful!

People work in there are very friendly. They saw I can’t open the door by myself so they come out to open the door and help me.

i go into this East Hanover store often and have always had a great experience. When i am not prepared they go out of their way to help me. Always friendly and accommodating. thank you.

The lady in the store was very helpful. She had to key in some passcode and guided me to take prints. Good service, but its a bit pricey. Not so if you submit, odder your prints and pay online, but the portal was not accepting any credit cards - they've to fix it. I'll definitely use online services, its hassle free. If I have to go directly with more work, I'd prefer Staples, I was able to take prints without anybody's help there

The girls at the store work with me so well, therefore I don't understand the comments below.... Everytime I need a quick job they get it done regardless of how many customers are in the store. They made it easy for me to pick up if I had to run in and out. Also with packaging service, they are very great at protecting picture frames I sent to my daughter in college. The cookies I sent to my son also arrived in perfect condition, not a single one broke! Overall the service and attention at store 1580 is great, super friendly and very accomidating! Keep it up!

The UPS Store owner, managers and entire team are very helpful, friendly and happily will accommodate their customers during Covid. I will go out of my way to bring my packages to this UPS Store. Kudos to you!

Went there several times to send packages to my parents back home. Never ran into an issue before. Being that i'm new to shipping packages the girls in the store explained it to me very easily and were very professional.Don't be discouraged and see for yourself. Keep doing a great job girls, see ya soon!

Whenever I need two witnesses I drive the distance to this UPS store. Management always tries to have a second witness available. And they are so friendly; I'm shocked at the poor reviews.

They show they care which is rare in retail today.
