We have used several CVS stores and Pharmacies in town and always return to Derr Road. The staff in the front are helpful and friendly. The Manager is available for questions and locating anything in the store. The pharmacy is one of the busiest in town yet isn’t staffed for the massive quantity of scripts. Somehow the pharmacy staff makes it work. If there is a small wait, it’s only because they are filling other scripts. Excellent store .

First time in this store, very caring and attentive pharmacy staff who appear to know their mostly older adult clientele well and by name and condition. Personable yet professional.

This store is older and is apart of a shopping center and this location does not have a drive thru pharmacy, but the service was fast. I got what I needed in less than 10 minutes.

May I make a suggestion, You need to stop texting people that their prescriptions are ready when they are not. Wait until they are done before you tell folks that they are ready.
People get upset when they get there after you say they are ready and stand in line for 20
minutes and then here they aren't ready and you have to wait another 20 minutes. Thank you.
