It's ok just a store, needs a facelift and a good cleaning. Just remember coming here my whole life. Stafford rd. If you were at the hospital or hanging out at the park or friends houses down the entire street. Well this is where you came. They have some cool stuff although.. lighters and this 10 lb Hersheys candy bar at one time. They get in different cards. It's ok serves it's purpose and they roll in the cash. They have a great spot. People are low income in a lot of section 8 housing and it's convenient to walk and they take foodstamps, if your on them. One guy working there now can be kind of rude but also nice.. Another words if he's on his phone or in a conversation, you wait for him haha not me but ppl do than when he finally waits on you he's very nice. He's stuck there but we have things to do.

There staff is so rude and ignorant especially the older lady with glasses, it’s like your bothering her to do her job. Completely Classless I rather drive to she’ll.

Just came in for bring your own cup day 7/11 , I came in with 4 people having 4 cups that fit the size requirements, lady at the counter claimed they weren't notified about it when the sign was up at the slurpee machine, and they were 7 eleven employees 💀💀 horrible customer service , had to show one of their own employees that today was indeed byoc day on the sign and the other lady claiming she couldt see it , lazy people in general, never will go again

The rudest customer service I have ever gotten all because I asked the number on a ticket. After I was told she can't give out numbers and I told her she's the only one and I come here numerous times a day. Definitely taking my business elsewhere. Do better. Giving me a number on a ticket does nothing except helps me choose what one to buy because I come so often that I don't wanna buy one that I won on already so I choose another ticket. Maybe change your attitude a little bit. Put a smile on your face. Wth happened to service with a smile not an attitude because someone asked you a question that they ask about 7x a day two different workers and never had a problem until tonight

I got a hot food item from here and it was completely full of molded cheese inside and out. I thought it was weird that there was green all in a chicken and cheese taquito but thought it was a seasoning. I didn’t notice until i started getting sick from the taste that when i turned it over it was clear the green wasn’t a seasoning it was full of mold. Cutting it open confirmed. Can’t get in touch with a manager for a few hours since there isn’t one on shift right now..

Awful customer service towards myself and grandson. Told rudely to go somewhere else bc she was dealing with mopping and the register. Staff needs retraining regarding their mean public interactions.

This 711 is by far the worst. I officially go out of my way to another gas station. I went to get air and then use the bathroom inside. The bathroom was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in YEARS. when I went to bring it to staff attention they ROLLED THEIR EYES AT ME AND JUST IGNORED IT. The staff is rude as hell depending on the time of day you go. This place really went down hill when it switched to 711. If I could give 0 stars. I would.

Was told by the woman working there after I got out of work LITERALLY NEXT DOOR at 11pm they weren't. Walked 2 minutes over and was promptly told they were closed.
If you list your hours as 24 hours I expect you to be open past 11pm at the very least

Walked 30 minutes to this store just to find out they're not 24 hrs. The staff is very ignorant towards customers. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere

CAN'T confirm this store open 24 hrs,, they don't answer the phone at night ? Not waste my time nor should anyone else's.

Don’t waste your time in the evening. This location closes before 11, and certainly is not open 24 hours.
