DICK'S Sporting Goods

Didn't go in, but my mom was in and out, too get "super feet" in soles for everyone for Christmas, it was a couple of days before Christmas, so she got lucky and lucky enough to find handicap parking. This store seems to be so clean and organized, very friendly and helpful every time I've been in it.

Farris, at the Kennewick store treated me so well. He took the time to help me find a brace for my knee. I do a lot of weight training, and recently got injured. He took the time to find the brace that would work for me, preventing frustration and possibly returning the wrong item!! He treated me like a human being, which is extremely hard to find in customer service anymore.

Great selection of men's, women's and children's apparel, shoes and sporting goods. Plenty of parking and convenient entrances outside Columbia Center Mall as well as a inside entrance to the mall.

Has exactly everything I needed and only took me one trip which was a quick in and out. Great job!

Better quality than Big 5 when it comes to buying stuff for my sons sports. I love the clothing & accessories here. Never left unsatisfied. 10 stars if I could give it!!!!

Ian was so helpful today! He was kindly and quickly helping a very long line of customers but never gave the impression he was feeling rushed. Eva in the shoe department had a large line of customers and was doing a great job getting sizes for everyone.

Everyone was very helpful. I had problems with some kayak orders and then the replacement came. But 5 stars to the staff there. The manager kale was super cool about the whole thing.

The manager and sales person were very helpful. I didn't realize that they would negotiate on prices. They were able to substitute a more valuable item for the same price as the original we wanted. My wife and I felt like Christmas thank you very much. We definitely will return for other sporting purchases in the future.

I just bought an Olympic plate weight set. The set came in on today's freight delivery. I arrived at the store and left my name and number at the front desk and then waited in the fitness department. Abel and his crew knew I was waiting and they made me their top priority. I told them to take their time and that I was happy to wait my turn but they wasted no time in taking care of me. Outstanding service. Abel helped me load my car and had a great attitude. He set's a great example for costumer service.

The customer service was amazing this morning! All the employees were super kind. There was a super nice man in the baseball area that went above and beyond for us.

Great assortment of sports related items but not weapons. We mainly browsed in apparel and exercise items for my first visit.
