Awesome workers I found great items hand painted metal toly tray 4 bucks sold 475 u never know and the workers great customer service every time friendly and fun just to see them

Lots of friendly and courteous people work here have good prices as well great experience and it's a good way of giving back

Nice store and staff, eclectic section of items all in good condition.

Cashier was very upbeat and friendly. Selection was so so. Great way to help the people at CHKD definitely a worthy cause

Nice store.. Slightly pricey, however, clean and stocked.

No changing rooms. Prices are a little steep. They do have daily discounts.

The staff are collectively unfriendly and seem to be annoyed when asked a question. The store itself is extremely unorganized and dirty. I do not expect department store organization, but stuff was just thrown everywhere. Also, the Cashier made a crude face at a lady who didn't hear here and then rolled her eyes at her. She was too busy chatting with another associate to even notice my children and I had been standing at the counter (about 3 feet away) for at least 5 minutes. Will not be back.

This thrift store is the WORST, which is a shame because the charity it supports is worthy. The staff is rude, crude, and ignorant. They spend more time immeddiately outside the door smoking than they do assisting customers. The staff, who cannot even be bothered to bag purchases, rudely dismisses donations. As treasure hunters, we have been in thrift/charity shops all over the United States and even in foreign countries. This CHKD thrift store is by far the least friendly and nastiest experience!

Rip off. A sign posted says 7 day exchange policy but its only on clothes. My son bought a remote control car and we realized the two pieces didn't go together. They were willing to let me exchange finally but I had to do it right then. I couldn't even get them to give me a receipt for a "donation" that I was essentially forced to give. I would not trust buying anything here. The company's policy to not help the consumer ensures I will never shop or donate to them again.

That woman Mary is the most hateful, rancid, horrible human being that I have ever met. Truly a scourge on this planet. The entire time I was there, she was half a$$ing her job, rude and unwilling to help, and condescending. I cannot over state how horrible this woman is. She is bad for business and probably drags down the property value. After my encounter with her i left, not purchasing any of the furniture I was going to buy (which was a lot of money and I didn't get a lovely white mirror I liked) and I've been telling EVERYBODY not to go there. She is not fit for customer service and doesnt know how to act with people and I will not return until she is gone or until she cleans up her awful act!!!!!!!! Very upset!!!!!!!!!!!!!

crappy cashier, manager had clearly been in a fight, no dressing rooms or cash returns. people chilling around the counter, wasnt able to get around them. yelling match in front of store between 2 guys that loiter there all the time from what i see. mom didnt feel safe. prices suck too. very slow and unprofessional

They are closing up Monday. They gave their employees 1 1/2 weeks notice and the store manager has a bad attitude. The rest of the employees are pleasant. Store manager had known since January and didn't let anyone know so they are out of pay and jobs until they can find new ones. 😡

Really unsurprising that this store closed. Management was rude and unfriendly and the prices were ridiculous. I quit shopping there years ago.
