Taylor's Do it Center

Had always seen this location. Never had occasion to stop by until I did. Great selection for a city Hardware location.. everything you could want to do minor and some major repairs to your home or apartment. Staff was helpful and talkative.. not sure if that's a good thing or not. Fresh pine trees for Christmas , wreaths and roping for sale out front

This local hardware store has most things you'd want from hardware store. The staff is always friendly and prices are reasonable.

Always a pleasure to go here for any projects, small or large. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It's a team effort and they won't steer you wrong. If they don't have what you need they'll help you get it elsewhere if necessary. The prices are competitive and the help is free My first stop, 😀

I usually shop at the Blue hardware store or the big Orange one.
This Taylor's is well stocked.
Enormous selection for the store size.
Staff is friendly and assists customers with locating items and making decisions. The night box store are hard to find a human to help you. Not the case here.

Ordered some wood here about 3 yrs. Ago with no problems. Gardening items that I've always needed have been here. Good selection of caulk and paint tools. Good selection of masks and respirators. I've always had the staff ask me if I needed help and they give military discounts.

This is an awesome home help center. Great for quick trips if you live in Norfolk and the service is always top notch. I really enjoy visiting this store!

customer service was great! There was very nice lady at the front register. I think her name is Lashaun. Very very very kind lady. I had a few questions about some material and she answered my questions with out blinking an eye. Thank you for being a great resource to the immediate and distant community Taylor do it center.

We have used this local hardware store for years. They have what you need at good prices. They give military discounts. They also have a great selection of flowers and garden plants.

Love this local store. The clerks are so skilled in Customer Service. They give the same good service no matter what you need for your project. They never make me feel "dumb" when I ask questions. Mgr. "Doc" is the best. He goes out of his way to give help and suggestions. His ideas have saved me lots of $. And cashier Darlene treats each customer like family. Her memory of the customers is awesome. Thanks for great service to the neighborhood.

This place has always given me fantastic customer service. For being a small owned hardware store, they carry a HUGE variety of items. One time the store was closing and he still let me in to get what I needed. Very friendly and I'd definitely shop here. They have a rewards program and offer a military discount.

Great prices & staff! I wish they were open a little bit later because they close pretty early. But otherwise I’m always happy with their stock & supply

Easy to get in and out. Location means you'll have to wait for the tool case to be opened to get a drill bit. Friendly staff makes up for the waiting.

It's a nice hardware store that's got just about everything you need and if they don't have it they will order it. The staff is nice and helpful, with the exception of one older guy who told me where the item I'm looking for was and as I'm walking to the location spotted something else and paused which he then in a agitated tone said " that's not where I told you." So aside from that awesome store
