Kwik Trip

I really appreciate Flash and the team at this particular Kwik Trip.
They are very cordial. Which is important being an senior female.
Friendliest staff, always willing to assist and support in any way.
You will get service with a smile everytime.
Last winter, when the weather dropped overnight, my tires went limp.
The zero weather caused the air pumps to work very slowly.
Noticing I was having trouble, Flash came out and got his own air pump from his vehicle. He then proceeded to fill my tire with air.
In zero weather. What a champ!
If you're in the area of South Towne, stop by the Kwik Trip at 2402 broadway. At Broadway and Frasier. No matter how busy they get. Youll get great expedient caring service.

Ron is the best! He's very helpful and is always working hard. In addition, I'm grateful that people like Ron are part of this community. Thanks again.

Customer service is always on point prices prices are fair quality of food is good some of the attitudes of some staff could be better but not everybody's going to have a perfect day so as a whole I would say that it's extremely satisfactory

I am a regular customer at this location. I visit here 6 days a week and sometimes twice a day! Depending on how stressful my day is. I can always rely on this location to keep a nice cold 6 pack of tall boys of coors lite for me... Thank you btw.... However, This morning, at apprx. 7:11 am There was a guest that decided today was the day he was going to operate on his own program. He was being offensive, rude, entitled and just not a nice guy. I must say I am impressed with the way the manager of this location handled the situation. He spoke with an accent however was clear, calm and direct in his approach. I could tell his only objective was to assist this enraged guest.

I can appreciate, especially this early in the morning, how difficult it must be to 1) deal with staff/assignments 2) prep for the morning rush 3) deal with the morning rush and on this day 4) handle an over-entitled trophy baby who thinks the world and its rules do not apply to him. I must say to you sir Bravo on your ability to remain cool, calm and collected while dealing with a situation of this magnitude with sophistication and grace.... All before 7:30Am.

My first visit at this location. It was early New Years Day. The clerk was bright, happy and met all of us who might not have been awake with excellent service. Well done!
