EL PRIMO PLAZA

I was staying at the holiday inn express in warminster, pa and I asked one of the employees (Jesus) if he could recommend a good mexican restaurant in the area. He got a big smile on his face and immediately said el primo plaza!!!!I My son and I thought we would try it out. I have no words to explain how amazing this place was!!! 5 Stars!!! My son had the chicken quesadilla. I had the beef chimichanga. Both were absolutely amazing! The service was out of this world! And the best part of all is that I have been waiting to try tres leches cake for the longest time. And we decided to try it because everything was so amazing. I have never had a piece of cake in my life that even compared to this! I have tried Mexican restaurants all over the United States. And this is the best one yet. When you walk through the front door you're in a bodega... As you continue it turns into a mexican grocery store. And then if you turn off to the right you are in the restaurant. I have never seen cakes so beautiful in my life. It was like artwork. My son and I were completely blown away! And I almost forgot to mention the pineapple juice that they sell at a stand outside the front door! Unbelievable! I want to thank Jesus from the hotel for telling us about this place. It was truly one of the best experiences i've ever had.

greatest experience ever! being our first time they treated us very well and our servers were the best ! even gave us hats to wear to take a picture which i won’t post because of privacy purposes, and the food is excellent ! the bakery side of the store is also very delicious ! was given different types of cakes which all were very sweet and balanced out. the store side was overall a great experience with many goods and the reason as to why its called a plaza because of the different sections. very clean and left very happy with a full stomach ! will definitely come back when we visit around the area !

Just oh soooo good!!! Always forget about this gem as I’ve only popped in for lunch after my kids dentist that’s in the center…thankfully tonight was just too much waiting at Texas Roadhouse so we came down the street to have dinner here and just delicious!!!! I went out of my comfort zone ordered something I normally wouldn’t and it was tender flavorful beyond description !! Lovely spot with far more then just the restaurant in back if you’ve never been you are missing out seriously!!

This place is awesome. First time here but already planning the next visit. Great food and great store and bakery. You will leave with more than just your leftovers.

Great nachos and great chicken chimichanga. Watermelon juice, cantaloupe juice, and cucumber/pineapple juices were amazing. Great prices and great food. Some of the best Mexican food you'll ever have. Great bakery and novelty shop. 😁👍

By far, this is Bensalem best kept secret. This is like little Mexico, festive, & friendly staff. There's a language barrier so have your Google translate app, but it doesn't matter 😊 the menu have pictures 😉. This is my go-to spot at least once a month. You will not be disappointed. They have dining, groceries, a bakery and soo much more. It's mi familia. 🥰❤

The food is amazing and they are really good with their portions. However they must urge their employees to come by the tables more. Buena comida y no son miserable para servir! Los meros son los que nesecitan estar un chin mas atentos.

Went to the Mexican restaurant with family and friends. The food was delicious and everything was cooked to perfection. The quantity is very generous so that's always a plus. I honestly was very shocked because everything was good but i decided to try a churro (I LOVE THEM) but it was very disappointing, cold , greasy and hard. But that did not take away from an awesome experience and the awesome food we had. They even had live music which was nice. Would highly recommend.

Orale! This place has almost everything I want! To the exotic Tamarindo candy I crave, to banging tortas. This place has a variety of Mexican food, snacks, and accessories. I wish I lived a little closer.

This place is a hidden gem! There is so much inside these doors! A market, a bakery, and a full service restaurant. By far THE BEST Mexican food you will find in this area! And excellent and friendly service! Treat yourself!!
