I called today- Sunday 8/21 looking for a particular creamer. I called every other store in the area and for the most part got attitude when asking for this creamer. When I called today a male( didn't get his name, tall dark hair) looked and found the creamer. Nice as could be, said I'll hold it for you. I ran in about 10 minutes later and there he was with the creamer! Thank you so much! VERY nice not getting attitude.

Love this place I can always find someone to help me find things. The tip in my list of shopping centers.

This Store and it's staff are as nice as could be! The store is very well organized and clean. The prices are right around average for grocery stores. They do have a beer and wine cafe which some other stores don't. The employees for the most part are very courteous and kind, especially Tara at the beer and wine cafe. She takes the time to be very courteous to her customers and goes the extra mile to try and give them what they want. Every time I walk into the store she has a very bright smile on her face and really knows how to greet a customer. I will give her and the store 10 Stars if I could!

No Philly soda Tax and can still get a bag..... for free.

This is my favorite supermarket! Prices are pretty reasonable, clean and the staff is helpful. I have never had a bad experience here.

I go here on a daily basis only because I live across the street. It’s always clean and stocked. Yesterday there was a terrible storm and the entire Redner’s parking flooded. All the male employees were great at trying to keep the water out of the store. When I realized my car was 3-4ft under all of the male employees helped push mine and multiple others cars out of the water. They were great at keeping calm and doing what’s best for the store and it’s customers. The female employees on the other hand were just sitting on their phones and recording and laughing. The guys definitely need a raise they did not have to do what they did but they did it anyways Most definitely recommend here!!!

It is cost and time effective to shop here. Products are organized nicely so it's easy to find and navigate from one aisle to another. The staff is friendly. If you see a rotten/unfresh vegetable/fruit, you can always ask the staff to bring you the fresher ones from their stock. They always accommodated my needs!

Great staff, good prices, well stocked and very clean. What more could you want in a supermarket? Spoke with a Manager today about a minor problem in the Deli department. He got right on it.

I've come to really like this supermarket. Produce has been really good. They have a special on precut lunchmeat of 3 for $10 (great deal!) The store is clean. People working in the aisles are very friendly. I would say some of the younger cashiers could use a little bit of a refresher course on customer service. The rolls from the bakery are delicious. Bought an angel food cake that was just so-so. They have a large selection of Hispanic and Asian foods. Plus they always carry plain seltzer water (which is all I drink) I would rather drive out this way than pay for the sugar tax anyway

I love this market ! Always have since Berks county! Thankful I found this diamond in the rough, love the sales . Love love love the rewards point! Nobody ever gives you your money back on groceries except redners!! I love that ! You spend $ next time you save $

Love it. My favorite place to do food shopping. Even though it's 12 miles away from my place, I still find myself going there once a week because it's well worth the savings and selection. While it's not perfect, it's pretty close.

Very helpful staff, I was doing some shopping with a friend, when an employee over heard us not being able to find christmas cookie dough they directed us to a different cooler. If they notice you not able to find something they are friendly and helpful without you even having to ask.
