AT&T Store

Had a difficult time getting the phone/service I wanted and finally came to this location. The woman working here was very helpful, helped me pick out the phone I anted and answered my questions about my plan. Thank you!

This store is my favorite! I have been coming to this ATT store since the early 2000s. I have always gotten great service and have been happy with the way my account has been handled. I went to this store 10/26/2923 and was once again “wowed” by the customer service! Anthony and David were exceptional! They are friendly, professional, and most of all patient! I am so pleased with the customer service I received! I recommend anyone needing help with their ATT concerns going to this store!

Symere was a great representative!! after a long weekend on vacation and my phone breaking he was able to help me get a new one set up! I was there for while because my mom also got a phone and we had to call the fraud line to access our account. Symere had a great personality and made the time less stressful with his great personality!

Best ever in life not only extremely accurate and truthful but she listens almost like a therapy session plus getting clarity closure answers etc you feel ver comfortable during the reading she explains everything in detail highly highly recommend her

Needed to upgrade my phone. Went to ATT store at Mechanicsville and Street Rd, Bensalem. Was immediately assisted, chose the iPhone 14. Sales rep Lauren was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Within 30 mins I was out the door smiling with my new phone. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. Great experience 👍🏻

I went to ATT with my mom who was super anxious & totally stressing over having to go bc she needed a new phone.

When we got there we were Warmly greeted by Big Dave, who was Nothing short of a Dream to work with!!! He’s Super Exceptional!!!! A Diamond in the Rough!!!! He Seriously SHATTERED the mold on Every Single Nightmarish Experience from Hell with a CSR that I’ve Ever had in the past.

Big Dave was Very Patient, Friendly, Funny, Personable & Crazy Knowledgeable!!!!

He Def Deserves Mad Kudos & a Big Fat RAISE!!!!!!! Bc He is One of a Kind!!!!! & Def an Invaluable employee that any employer could be so lucky to hold onto!!!!

It was a sheer pleasure to work with him!!!!

Customer service Rep. Sy was great at answering every question I had when I switched to AT&T and even after I’ve had a few hiccups with my service and he was there to help me out every time. Awesome customer service skills.

Had to get a new phone. Anthony was absolutely fantastic. He was kind courteous, and very informative. Whatever he’s getting paid, he deserves a raise.

This store is great just fixed a 3 month problem in 20 min. The manager was super helpful.

The AT&T service at this store was great, David was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me with my new phone and made the transfer of my data from the old iPhone to the new iPhone seamless, no issues! Thank you David!

Just left the store very happy; speedy process! Ada was knowledgeable about everything! She has a natural, beautiful personality, smooth transaction and accommodated our budget which was priority!

I hate going to the phone store, more then getting shot at the doctors.BUT Brain changed that yesterday and made my experience great! I was in and out in no time and had a great time chatting passing time while I was there. He is an asset to your company! And I like my new phone too lol
