Best T-Mobile store in the area! Mo helped me and my mother in law today with setting up my new phone. He was so quick, thorough, helpful and nice! We will keep coming back to this location in the future because of how wonderful and accommodating Mo and the rest of the staff were.

What a great experience here, thanks to Ryan (store manager). Waited way too long to move to TMobile from Verizon. Ryan was most patient with me walking thru all the different options and plans. We transferred 4 phone lines and happy we did. He is extremely knowledgeable and provided superior service. He represents his company well, I highly recommend this store!!

Mo and Rami at the Doylestown store are awesome. I struggled with a “frozen” iPhone all night and this morning. It was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. I went to the T-Mobile store as soon as it opened this morning. They fixed it right away and showed me how to do it in the future. I give them an excellent rating!!

Both the gentleman at the Doylestown store were extremely friendly and patient with me when I had my children with me. Wesley got me reconnected to everyone after a week of not having a phone when someone stole it. I couldn't be more thankful for his support and passion to make sure that I, a single mom of two, was back online with a phone. Very friendly staff and helpful. Manger helped me put my watch together, didn't have to. Did a great job. Don't go asking him, just giving props! Highly appreciated and would recommend.

Absolutely wonderful. My phone was busted and Jason helped me picked a new phone that not only fit my needs but also my budget. The staff was incredibly thorough, pleasent, and provided friendly banter and conversation during waiting periods. Jason was able to help reduce my monthly bill and get my daughter and I setup with the move over from sprint without interruption of service. They also offer goodies like headphones, phone cases, and more. I highly recommend this branch to any TMobile customers in the area. Top notch customer service, will absolutely be back!

Just wanted to express our thanks to Brandon at the Doylestown T-Mobile store. He was professional; polite; informative, as well as knowledgeable in helping my wife with all of her questions. In addition, he took his time, to thoroughly explain things. He was a pleasure to deal with, and would recommend him to anyone. Tasiem, the manager also made the visit enjoyable.

Stopped in and signed up for 2 phones with auto pay was less than AT&T. the phones are great also pick up a tablet for my wife. She loves it. The staff was great the manager Alex was real helpful and the associate Dante equally good. Nice to have a store with good staff that you can go to when you need service or have questions.

I love this company, and this location in particular. I needed a product that wasn't available in their district. A rep drove over an hour away to get it! Sadly, the product had a glitch. We never got it working and the company responsible for the app it used ghosted me. (Timex) By the time all avenues of repair were over it was too late for a return. I contacted T-mobile on the customer service app on my phone and they got me a credit and were so kind. Even when things go wrong I feel taken care of! That's proper customer service.

Yo. People. Of those that are giving negative reviews, check their review history. Most give neg reviews for everything. They are likely trying to scam companies into getting free stuff for their "troubles".

I have had lots of trouble with T-mobile service. But the people in the stores, its not their fault. They want to help. CUT THEM A BREAK.

Ive gone to every T-mobile location in the surrounding area in the last couple years. This Doylestown location is the best. I have several reasons to back it up. Trust me. This is the T-mobile location you want to be at. Im heading there in 27 min actually...

I used to hate going to the store to update my phone, or to make changes to my account. But Kristen and her team actually make it enjoyable! They were super knowledgeable and they took the time to customize everything for us. We’re relatively new to T-Mobile, but the team at this store is gonna make us lifers for sure!

I walked in this place just to know deals and services T-Mobile has to offer. I walked out with a T-Mobile service in my pocket. Tayseam was great and extremely knowledgeable. Because of him I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile. He offered us some really good deals and explained how we can benefit on savings by switching to T-Mobile. He literally helped cut our monthly in Half.

My experience here was very good. My old phone croaked unexpectedly <1 hour before this store closed last Thurs. I never felt rushed or pressured in any way, and the 2 guys working there were very patient and helpful getting all of my data transferred over to a new phone despite a few problems we encountered. I will def be back to this location.

Just got back from the Dowlestown store where Tayseam went the extra mile to help resolve my issue. I upgraded 3 phones but due to one having to be shipped overseas and held up in customs, I needed to swap out a different trade-in phone. He placed numerous calls, and navigated the t-mo system to resolve my dilemma. T-Mo if you’re listening … this is why I’m a loyal customer. Tayseam I’d like to say “Thanks” again for the help you provided tonight.

I purchased two cells phones today and Elizah Ellis was kind, patient and knowledgeable. She made the process very easy and smooth. Co worker, Jason was nice too.

This place is great! Got it done when no other store seemed to be able to. Very patient with us and understanding. I worked with Elizah and Alexis. Thank you so much for the help and setting up our new phones plus transferring everything. Was a pleasure working with them.

Great store manager and staff Alex and Kirsten are the best they helped me and my wife with everything from beginning to end they transferred my info. What made me post this is I sent my son in to get his phone looked at and they even helped him I think the 2 reps that helped where jonmichael and Alex they did a good job. He was happy they fixed his iPhone
