AT&T Store

After an awful experience at the River Road location I came to Bluff St to upgrade my phone. I worked with Jeremy who was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He got me a great deal and the best phone for my needs. We also met Josh and Alberto who were friendly, funny, and made the whole trip fly by. 10/10 would recommend. The crew at the Bluff St store is awesome!

The process of upgrading my phone to a new one was unbelievably seamless. Josh was extremely knowledgeable, and answered any and every question I had. He took his time, and made sure I was comfortable with my new phone before leaving. All of this, while he was attending to other customers as well. He, was working by himself, but all 3 customers who were in the store at the time never felt neglected.
I’ve been an AT&T customer for over 13 years, and it’s because of employees like Josh that I will not be considering any other carrier.

Had issues online so I had to go to the store and get it figured out I went in there got a better deal than I would have online and ended up buying the new iPhone 15 Pro and the I watch series 9

I absolutely hate going to phone stores. HATE. Until yesterday. I was greeted by Kassie who was absolutely amazing. She wasn’t pushy and made sure everything I wanted/needed was taken care of. The corporate manager, Edwin was there as well and was so kind and helpful while making sure the store was clean and everything was in order. Kassie needed to leave before my setup was complete but assured me I’d be in good hands. Edwin and Jesse stepped up and made sure I was happy. Which I was. I left the store feeling great. I have never had such a good experience at any phone store. Thank you Kassie and Edwin so much. St George on bluff!

Josh and another blonde haired girl had great service. They were willing to help me and my mom a lot longer than expected and ended up going past closing time unfortunately. These guys do care and are definitely worth 5 stars.

Thay were excellent help and very friendly in the store. Got me what I needed quickly I would not recommend calling to do any new accounts go into the store is much better.

The best experience I've ever had at a phone store. I was on a trip to Las Vegas when my phone broke on the plane. Felicia saved my trip by quickly helping me get set up with a new phone and transferring my data quickly allowing me to make my flight home. Truly the most help I've ever received at an AT&T store and I am super grateful for Felicia's help

Josh and the whole staff have been super helpful to get all my phones and watches set up. they were so nice and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure it was done correctly. would definitely recommend this store

Good experience overall. Josh gave me good advice and didn’t upsell me unlike the majority of phone stores I’ve been to. Jeremy got me set up with a great plan. Everything was explained to me and there wasn’t any surprises on my bill. Thanks Jeremy and Josh 👍🏻

I always find the staff here to be congenial & helpful even tho my phone contract is with another provider. Josh advised me about ads from Temu..very scary how they attach to other apps. So glad for this valuable help as the customer service from my own provider is never satisfactory.

Seriously, best experience I’ve ever had in a phone store. Felicia was very knowledgeable and got me set up with everything I needed and Josh was super friendly and welcomed me in. I highly recommend!!!

We walked in the door and Felicia greeted us right away and helped us upgrade our phones and we were back out of the store in just over and hour. We were very happy with her service and we will go back to that location whenever we need anything again.

Most of the time phone carrier reps give me anxiety.. the same way car salesmen do... but the reps that were there when I went to switch carriers were very professional and friendly , not pushy or salespitchy.. which I appreciated. They simply listenned to what I was looking for and showed me my options while maintaining satisfaction by being clear with all the features and pricing additions. That right there is how you do it. 👍🏽

Best AT&T store in town. Ask for Adalberto, he will go above and beyond to help you out.

Ben was great - I came in because my Samsung was one week old and hadn't been receiving texts, and I'd been told three different solutions by as many people. I was visiy frustrated but he was the epitome of customer service etiquette.
He patiently explained what he was doing and why, and verified that I wasn't receiving it because I needed a new Sim card. Definitely applaud both his clear communication skills and technological know how.

The representative I worked with, Gil listened and was very mindful of our needs. His customer service is amazing. He was thoughtful with everything he recommended, and he allowed me to let him know I knew what I wanted and why, and he careful explained why it made sense to purchase or what might be better. I am also bringing my son and daughter and he was very considerate to their needs as this is their first experience with AT&T. He has way exceeded our expectations. After our transaction was almost complete we had asked a question, and multiple solutions and a gift for my son was purchased in the form of the new Apple Bluetooth Headphones. Our expectations and experience was through the roof was fantastic! Thank you Gil and team! Brandon you have a rockstar in Gil and a over the top team!!

Had a bad experience after being a customer of the competition for 15 years. I walked in and was greeted immediately by Mark. Fantastic person! Helpful, quick, very attentive and answered at least a million of my questions. He even gave me a card with his mobile and told me I could text him any other questions - and I did. He responded quickly and was very helpful. I upgraded both of my lines with AT&T the next day. I even brought my 2 and 4 year old and the whole team was playing with them. They turned the TV in the show room to Disney Jr. and were so accommodating and understanding of my crazy kiddos. Mark and another guy tricked out my new iPhone 7 with an awesome case, screen protector and I was out the door. I seriously felt so great with the switch that I had been very nervous about before. I'm very happy with my new phone and new service! Calls are crystal clear and coverage has been great.

Felice was so patient with us in choosing our phones, and transferring our data. We were there for 3 hours with us.four people, and enjoyed every minute of it!

Branden and Seth are lifesavers! My phone was stolen on a Thursday evening. I live 30 minutes out of town. My husband was working late that night, but tried to get our options over the phone with AT&T. Because I’m the primary on the account (and their system never officially updates with him as an authorized user), they told him we would have to go into the store since they couldn’t call me to get permission. They told us the stores closed at 8. I rushed to town because it was already after 7 and my husband was stuck at work. When I arrived at 7:40pm, the doors were locked, but Seth and Branden were still closing things down inside. They opened the door, and decided to help me even though they were technically closed. They got me my info for my insurance claim to get me a new phone shipped. And also put a new SIM card in my old phone, so I had a phone over the weekend. They really went above and beyond what anyone would expect especially after their business hours. I really appreciate their kindness!
