So happy with the help I got from Ezra at Bath and Body Works!! They were so kind to myself and all of the other customers. I had an online pick up but saw that I had missed a buy one get one deal, so Ezra double checked with the manager and was able to apply the deal and get me a free candle. I don’t usually leave reviews but Ezra made my day!! Thanks so much.

Has a sale right now, from 75% to 50%. They have a huge sale. My sister got some lotion and spray, all of which smells great.

AUTISM/SENSORY FRIENDLY!

I have been using their products for years without the ability to enter their store because I get really bad sensory overload. My mom would always buy stuff for me when she was in there because she knows what I like, but now I am moved out and last week ran into a situation where I needed to go in there to pick up lotion myself but could not.

I stood at the doorway and called over a nearby employee who was stocking and explained my situation and that even standing on the threshold as I was was too much for me. I would have placed an order online and asked an employee to bring it out to me, but I only had cash at that time. So I asked him if I could give him the $20 in my pocket and have him grab a bottle of lotion for me, as my hands were cracked and dry and I was in desperate need. He was new and uncertain, so he asked his manager who told him yes. I gave him the $20 and told him which scent I wanted and he fetched it for me and went to go pay for it. I got my item, change, and amazing customer service. I can't vouch that every location would be willing to do this, but this one absolutely is! Of course, always try to bring someone with you to send in as a gopher, but if you are in a situation where you cannot, the staff is willing to grab your item and ring it out for you. I would say to just makes sure to use cash so you don't have to worry about your pin or having to sign a credit card slip.

Always well-stocked. Especially love how quickly they get their online orders ready for store pick-up. Keep up the great work!

Stopped by 10 mins before they closed, knowing exactly what I wanted to purchase. The associates were so kind and helpful that I was checked out and walking out of the store 1 min before closing time. Friendly, kind, courteous and helpful equals a winning combination.

Love the big store! Room for all my favorite scents, soaps & candles. Not real busy so that was very nice too. Having a discount for my large purchase was also a bonus. Everyone there was very pleasant & helpful. I'll be back!!

The staff here are excellent!!! Very kind and pleasant, and don't come off terribly pushy, although there have been a few times I've felt bombarded. Store is clean, and well managed. All in all will be returning!
