Haul season ...the camp creek location the ladies were so nice...they realize how to speak customer service they understand this is work and they are professional. Luminous smells absolutely sexy....it reminds me of FLOWER BOMB PERFUME. I loaded up on it.. the candles I stocked up on when they were $9.97 I purchased a variety, of course I got the luminous.

Hands down the cleanest store I’ve ever been in. PERFECT customer service from young people!!!! I F’s with it!!!! I had a bad anxiety attack in the store and y’all made me feel calm and not embarrassed. I appreciate that!!!! I bought the new Fairytale line for women and a new one for men, forgot the name. All quality products. I will be back for candles!

I simply adore this place during 75% off sales! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Store is always visually beautiful and organized. I added 3 New fragrances to my collection for less than $12.00.

I started visiting this store at Camp Creek about six months ago and the service has been great each and every time. You’re acknowledged as soon as you enter. You’re given a chance to browse if you look like you know what you’re shopping for but also still offered assistance periodically. They are also very helpful with suggestions and showing new scents. At my last visit, Rachel was controlling the floor seamlessly. There were several customers on the sales floor at one time and she was on it. No one was neglected. No one was left to seek and employee. I’ve been shopping here since I was in elementary school so it’s rare that I need help but Rachel did come over to me multiple times and help me decide on scents when I couldn’t really decide. She took time to smell and walk me to another section of mens smells that I did not see. I used to be a retail manager for YEARS and would have loved to have someone like her on my team.

I did not catch the cashier’s name but I visited at opening on October 6. I’ve interacted with her before and she’s always super helpful and pleasant. Customer service skills on point and much appreciated.

This one was in a part of Atlanta strip mall. Loved how clean and stocked it was. Bath and body works never fails me no matter what part of the world I go to and visit. I happened to be there after the major candle sale so I missed out but they'll have another one soon

Staff was friendly. The lotions were $5.95. I got some new smells. I love how light some of the scents are so you wear them and get compliments. I'm around people when I'm doing interviews for my YouTube channel Tatnai W.

Went during a wallflower sale, so we all know how crazy it gets. Even though the store was packed, the customer service was exceptional. Greeting at the entrance, cashiers thanking us for waiting.. loved coming to this store! My cashier was Talisha? (Sorry! Forgot her name but receipt says cashier #3605815) and she was lovely!

Everyone was so polite. From the young man at the door keeping a safe count of customers coming in. To the young lady named Alexxus who helped me as soon as I came in the store. She was so helpful and nice. She helped the customers in line to make sure they took full advantage of the sales. She had enough energy for me and her. I will definitely come back to this location because of her. I spoke to her managers but I definitely wanted her to know in writing that she was absolutely awesome!!!

I don't usually shop at this location. Today was my first time and I'm impressed. Alexis helped me through the store and helped me choose the handsoaps I needed. I went in initially just to look but her floor sale are on point! She was so bright, helpful, funny and overall just a nice person. I've never been so easily sold. GREAT JOB ALEXIS 👏🏾

Although I visited the store during one of there MAJOR candle sales, everyone was very helpful from the young lady at the door Alexus advising those waiting in line that certain fragrances were sold out, but offered alternatives which was very helpful. Once in the store more than one sales rep asked if I needed any help finding anything and also provided alternatives as well turning on to a different fragrance I wouldn't have take a second look at. The line was lengthy however cashier's got us in and out so fast I was like "wow now that was quick".

It smells so good the moment you step through the door 🚪 I'm fighting to limit my purchase to reasonable amounts. I love this 💖 store. They treat you like royalty AND give coupons - a combination hard to beat. 🎉🎉🎉

Got there only to find my order returned to stock, but the young lady on duty didn't stop till she put together a replacement! Love This Place
