I just want to take the time to give a shout out to Shelly at the Primrose location! Shelly is the prime example of what PHENOMENAL customer service is! I was having a “bad” day holiday shopping at other stores and dealing with rude clerks. When I walked in the store and proceeded to shop, Shelly greeted me with a BIG SMILE! She was very personable, asked how I was doing, complemented me, and proceeded to help me shop for gifts for my family as I felt defeated. What started off as a bad day ended as an amazing day! Shelly is one of the sweetest people I have ever met and just because of her, I look forward to shopping in that specific location again in hopes to see her. It’s people like her that make the world a better place! I made sure to pull her supervisor to the side to give kudos, as Shelly deserves all the acknowledgment for her customer service and going the extra mile. Thank you so much Shelly! You made my holiday special!!! You’re the best!!!

I love BB&W! This store is in a great location. I don't have to go to the big mall and walk a long distance to get to the store. Great selection, quiet, easy to shop in.

Everytime I come into this bath & body I talk to the nicest employees and always have a great experience. Today Shelly helped me find scents similar to the ones they discontinued. She was extremely sweet to me and my family and so helpful. This is definitely my go to bath and body

I love this store! Employees are always extremely friendly and helpful. The sales are phenomenal when they have them and they have them a lot! The smell is wonderful. If you have never been I highly recommend going. You will go back time and time again like me.

This bath and body store is always very well stocked. I enjoy going here because I can avoid the crowd. I've always had great service by kind associates at this location.

I love this store and love even more I don't have to step foot into the mall. Everything smells great. I love the candles and body wash.

I always love shopping at bath & body works! The cashier was so friendly she helped me pick out the sale items. I think we went back and forth to the register three or four times. Just a great store I love their products most of all!
