All About Vacuums Warehouse

I needed to find a good, HEPA quality vac for our Public Works Dept. and had done a lot of research to make sure I had the right machine for our applications. A few of us in our office, myself included, have respiratory issues (allergies, asthma, COPD, etc.) filtration efficiency was a critical factor. After calling AAV Warehouse to purchase a particular vac I'd picked out online, I spoke with Bob who, rightfully, guided me to a better quality, more durable machine with a higher HEPA efficiency ratingsthan the one I'd originally chosen for same amount of money (maybe a little less, in the long run). I am SO glad I took his recommendation and purchased the SEBO G4.
This dream-machine is everything I'd hoped for in a vac, and then some! My office has been through multiple machines over the last 17 years I've worked here. Without exception, everytime someone ran a vac, I end up closing my office door and stuffing towels underneath because of the residual dust, but those days are over thanks to Bob and Sebo. Even the porter who cleans our offices was shocked at the difference between the machine she used here, and the so-called "good" ones at City Hall and other departments that don't even compare to the Sebo. I sent a letter to our Facilities Mgr. this morning telling him how pleased we are with it and noting the obvious difference in cleaning quality AND air quality during/after use that everyone in this building recognized! I advised him to get one for every city department so our porter doesn't have to continue using substandard machines (or jeopardize her health). THANK YOU BOB for the excellent advice. You are a true professional. And thank you AAV staff for honoring my "can you wait a week to ship" request. Everything was well packaged and delivered as requested. Will absolutely purchase from you again and would recommend highly!!

I can’t say enough about this place. I have had repairs done. I bought my new Riccar here. I buy all of my bags and filters here. The two gentlemen behind the counter are always very helpful. And they always carry my purchases to my car for me! I always recommend all about vacuums to anyone I know.

Heard about this place from a couple of friends when I was thinking about buying a new vacuum. They talked very highly of the place. So I made the trek down from Tamaqua and was very impressed with all of the knowledge and customer care I received that day. They even did a demonstration for me. I purchased a Sebo Airbelt K. I absolutely love it!! Bill and Bob were very professional and helpful. I would recommend to anyone who needs a new vacuum or a vacuum repair. It was so worth the trip. Kudos ; )

I had ordered a Numatics vacuum from them online and was initially frustrated by the state it arrived in. However they took care of the issue immediately and made sure that I was fully taken care of. Not often do I get service like this. Thanks guys!

When I called about my Shark no longer picking up dirt, they diagnosed a possible clog and said to bring it in. Within five minutes they had it dismantled and the problem fixed. When i asked how much, the gentleman said, “No charge, have a nice day!” It now works perfectly! Thanks so much! Great, knowledgeable Customer service!

I placed a phone order for a Riccar Superlite Canister Vacuum. I received it in a timely manner.and no shipping charges. I love my new vacuum, it is light and has great suction. I got it for those hard to reach places. I have tile floors throughout and my Riccar Superlite Upright Cordless does the rest of the work. The gentleman I talked to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. I will be sure to let my friends know to call and order a vacuum from All about Vacuums.

You can't find a more honest or reputable vacuum store around! Everyone is so helpful and pleasant. I bought my Simplicity upright there a few years ago. Just recently I ran over something and it was making a terrible noise. We brought it in to the store in Doylestown and they fixed it and had it back better than ever. She I purchased my vacuum, they spent a great deal of time with me making sure this was indeed the vacuum that I needed for my home. Truly wonderful people!

Excellent experience! Im not ready to buy (Bob knew this upfront) but probably will sooner than later. It seems as though they will not only take care of you at the purchase of the vacuum but for years to come, as well. I had a boatload of questions as to why spending a lot money on a vacuum instead of buying one at a typical 100 dollar price point. Im looking forward to purchasing one there sooner than later, they won me over. So fast, so kind, so reasonably priced!!! So thankful to have found them. I broke my vacuum plug and needed it fixed quickly. Not only did they fix my vacuum, it was cleaned and looked brand new when I picked it up. The people I worked with were kind and funny. Great experience!!

VERY impressed with this company!!! The store owner talked to me for about 15-20 minutes about the ins and outs about the array of vacuums that he sold and was very knowledgeable. I'm glad I decided to go to someone who knows what they are talking about and will be able to help me IF my new Riccar Vacuum needs fixing, unlike the big box stores! Great Service! They repaired my Riccar vacuum and did a great job - I thought it was beyond repair. They even made some suggestions to help reduce wear and tear w/o being pushy. I've been back for some bags and a filter since. They're always friendly and very helpful.

I have used Modern sew and vac for years before they went out of business, I did hear years ago about all about Vacuums and there great service and awesome selection of vacs. My 19 year old Simplicity needed a beater bar and belt, let alone that they had in stock they put it on for me. I checked out their prices on the internet and they automatically priced the lowest price on the internet. I highly recommend them!!!

Bought a Miele jazz vacuum a few months ago. The brush belt snapped on a Saturday morning. I called, they said to drop by with it. I show up an hour before closing, and they had it fixed within 5 minutes. No charge. They also handed me the duster attachment of the floor model because mine wouldn't stay in the 90 degree position. Then carried it out to my car for me. Old fashioned customer service still exists! Highly recommended.

I took my Dyson DC24 in for repair to the Montgomeryville store. The service, follow-up, and attention to detail were superb. Bill called and left a message updating me on the status of the repair and was genuinely concerned that I was happy with not only the price, but the service. In these days of mega super-stores, it's nice to see that one can still find a hidden gem like "All About Vacuums" right in their back yard that still goes the extra mile for the customer. Bill epitomizes "customer service." I would definitely recommend AAV and will definitely be a repeat customer.
