Great experience! Chris is VERY responsive, on time and delivered and assembled exactly what we wanted. He even delivered it himself. Saved us over $1200 over Ashley for the exact same furniture. We will be calling Chris from now on for our furniture needs.

My husband and I have bought from Furniture by Walker for our homes sense 2019. Chris, the owner, is such a wonderful, down to earth guy that will help you with anything. We have purchased bed sets, a living room set, dining room set, you name it from Chris. EVERYTHING IN PERFECT CONDITION! We did receive 1 item in which the drawer was broken (no fault of Chris’s) and he immediately switched it out for a brand new one, no hesitation. I would 100% recommend furniture by walker to anyone. The pricing is phenomenal and it genuinely is worth every penny.

We bought a bedroom set from them . I had seen it online . I went to a local furniture store and saw the group I wanted . Ordered from Chris on Thursday . He delivered it on Monday 3 hrs away
. Let me know exactly what time he would arrive and he did . They were fantastic with delivery and setup . There was no mess for me . I definitely would order from them again.

Highly recommend Furniture by Walker! I had been searching for the perfect couch for a while - finally found it at a competitor store. Searched online, and Furniture by Walker priced the same couch for $300 less than the competitor! Went in-store, purchased my couch and set up a delivery. Chris was very friendly and helpful. My couch was delivered the next week - the delivery guys were punctual, friendly, and in and out in under 10 minutes! I would recommend taking all of these negative reviews with a grain of salt - try Furniture by Walker for yourself, and you’ll be pleasantly surprised how well it goes.

I highly recommend furniture by Walker they were extremely helpful and professional. My order came in very fast and was professionally installed. I will never buy furniture anywhere else.

I purchased a reclining sectional from Walker that was in my price range that I had been eyeing from other furniture stores for a way higher price point. I was happy with the quick and easy delivery and would recommend shopping with him.

Where do I begin…AWESOME service from the time I walked in until the time I left. No rush, no pressure. EVERY patio item was literally explained to me. We talked, and laughed throughout my visit. As time was getting closer to close, I was told “ take your time” if I need to stay I will stay. After 1-2 hours of decided what I wanted I finally selected the pictured beauty. Delivered and put together as promised. Even gave my precious Chloe some water. I am pleased with the amazing customer and my first patio set.

Chris & his team got me my bed nearly a month ahead of when he estimated it would arrive. Assembly & delivery were smooth, pricing was better than ANYWHERE, and overall had a fantastic experience. More importantly, it was simple and easy to order and take delivery. Will be using Chris again and would recommend to anyone. Not sure what some of these "spam" reviews are claiming, likely fake reviews because Furniture by Walker is absolutely the best in the area.

Amber was great to work with! Even though I found the sectional I wanted to purchase on their website, she was very helpful in recommending other coordinating pieces. We chose to pick up the furniture from their warehouse which was convenient and the guys there went out of their way to make sure everything was loaded properly.

First thing if you go to the showroom The door is in the very front of the building to the left, The door actually has 300 on it, not the true address. Don't pay attention to the sign with the arrows pointing to the right. The young lady in the showroom was super sweet, and answered all our questions. She even showed my wife around to other couches because she really didn't know what she wanted. We have not taken delivery of the furniture yet, But after We do take delivery I will update the review on how the process went. But so far the price is right, the people are nice and that's the way it should be.

Absolutely fantastic, best price anywhere, was able to afford my dream couch and loveseat and the customer service was outstanding, straight up with no gimmicks just high quality furniture and unbeatable prices, delivered my furniture today like I was scheduled and in and out in minutes, these people are great, I strongly recommend if you want the best 👌

I had a wonderful experience with this store, the furniture is top notch and the prices are the lowest in NC for new furniture! The two men who delivered did a super job with our sofa and loveseat! I’ll be a repeat customer, for sure, just ordered outdoor pool furniture.

I highly recommend buying furniture from here. This was our first time, and I was a little hesitant about it after reading some of the reviews. Most of the bad reviews took place during Covid, which like ALL other furniture stores, they had a long delay, which is no fault of their own. We needed to fully furnish a Airbnb and they were very helpful. The commutation was excellent! The delivery was super fast as promised and the delivery guys were very professional and took great care of the items. The furniture is high quality at a much lower price than you can find anywhere else.I’m so glad I found this place and plan to use for all of our upcoming furniture needs.

The most pleasant and best furniture buying experience I've had. I went to look at the sectional and chair on Tuesday and it was delivered on Thursday. The guys were very prompt and friendly. Chris was extremely nice and quick to return messages during my entire search for a new patio set. To top it all off, this same exact piece was at Ashley Furniture for over $600 more. Top notch professionalism, delivery, quality, and pricing. Got my furniture within a few days of ordering. Ordered the same furniture from ACF Furniture and had to cancel because it took 8+ months of delivery date getting pushed back. Furniture By Walker was able to get the same product within days. The prices at this place are better than anywhere you will find online. Overall great experience and have recommended to others already.

From the first time we walked into his showroom, we had a great experience. He was very reasonable as compared to the Ashley Homestore, which was quoting hundreds of dollars more for the same exact bedroom set and mattress. Chris worked with us so we could time our delivery perfectly for our daughter to have her Christmas present (a bedroom set). We even had to delay our delivery unexpectedly, and he was very accommodating. He has now gained our business as we continue to buy new furniture for our home. Great experience and customer service. Nice to experience a no pressure sales environment with a great outcome!
