Great service. I pre orderd a game you see, and the guy dropping off the copies didn't come in that day, so the cashier told me they'll call me first thin.Within 45 mins since I left the store for a job interview they called me and told me thay gor the games in! Great JOB

Extremely happy that Dan transferred to this location. This store needed a shot in the arm and Dan brought it much needed help.

Great tears of the kingdom midnight release. My wife and I had a lot of fun and the staff was so friendly. Will definitely try to attend another release.

I'm a huge nerd so I love this store. I still like having physical copies of games so I can see my collection on display. Employees that work there are just awesome and fun to talk to.

The lady there was way nice and super helpful and she communicated well while I returned and online order before xmas.

Just left the store in Cedar Falls. Daniel helped me get a game for my nephew that just had surgery. Was very nice & helpful and wished my nephew a quick recovery. Great service!

Of the two gamestops in my area this one is probably my favorite. I have been in enough times that I have become a familiar face. They tend to always great people as they walk through the door, they are well educated when it comes to details about games as far as release dates and things like that. They usually have a list as well. Overall it is a warm and inviting atmosphere; they do not pester you to buy things or spend more money.

This is a nice place. I went in the guys are knowledgeable snd were able to talk me through my questions and give me answers that seem accurate. I’m not the gamer but just shopping for one.

Awesome manager. 10/10 would recommend. Better than your normal GameStop.

Cashier was friendly and help. He wasnt too pushy about me buying anything. The place has a large selection of games and trinkets as well as some older Nintendo DS games.
