This location is awesome! The staff is super friendly and fast. They know their stuff, are super kind and take great care with your order. It’s an adventure, going to different locations because their franchise, but this one has customer service that is top-notch it is totally worth the drive to come visit these guys, wherever you are.
An associate named Merrill was especially nice and was super professional!

For the last 3 days I have been trying to ship a couple of art work pieces to my son in Florida! It’s been a total nightmare trying to find a small enough box to ship through USPS! Which was the cheapest way to send them! I went to the 1st store they made me pay for the box before hand! It was at least 4 times as big that it needed to be! I could not even carry it! Any way long story short My UPS helpers (Will, Sam, Jensen and Ken) were terrific in making the box small enough so I could get the price down so it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg! I am so greatly appreciative for all there efforts! Well done! Thank you so much, C. T.

After using different shipping services for my business, I found that UPS does what I need the best and fastest. Merrill helped me send out multiple keyboards in just a couple minutes. Staff is friendly and the online service is helpful. They have cheap shipping with multiple options and good insurance as well. I am definitely going to be using UPS for future shipments!

This store is great! The staff is always fast, courteous and professional. Today Will V., helped me with my Amazon return. He was prompt and professional. During this busy time of year his service was very much appreciated.

I had a large package to ship and needed help getting it to its destination safely. Will was so helpful! He walked me through it and ensured that I was getting the best value for the age size and weight.

I love this store. It's very convenient and the guys that work there are always fast, helpful and accommodating. And they don't even judge me for all my Amazon returns, lol. (Outwardly at least, 😆)

Came in to drop off packages for the first time and the staff was so nice and super helpful, Will and Jensen helped me through everything, I was missing some stuff I needed and they got it all figured out for me! Great customer service!

My printer broke and I’m an Amazon junkie, so I visit this store all the time! Will and Ken are always right on top of everything from printing to notarizing to letting me down nicely if I actually have to pay for a package to return something. Carson is newer, but I never would have known it except that Will told him congrats for completing his training. Super friendly staff here! Go UPS! 🙌🏽📦📫🎠

Will was very friendly and greeted me as soon as I entered the store. He quickly got my packages scanned and and put into the system, and I was on my way. It was nice to have great customer service from him!

Will and Jensen were incredibly helpful! They were very optimistic to help me bind a large workbook to use for myself and with my clients. Interestingly, I made copies of the workbook at Staples who claimed they could not bind the book for 60 minutes! I left Staples and came into this store to drop off an Amazon return. I happened to ask if they could bind the workbook and I would pick it up tomorrow. Jensen assured me that he could bind it NOW! What?! Not to mention, he was thoughtful about my being left-handed and offered to place the binding on the right side to make writing easy for me. Are you kidding? I am beyond impressed and will officially be coming here for all my printing services in the future!

An employee named Carson went above and beyond when I misplaced my phone right before the store closed yesterday. He waited for me to come pick it up well after close. He was nothing but kind and gracious when he could have had a bad attitude. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.

My experience with UPS has been great. Due to my job I am in ups daily and they do their best to offer a quick and kind experience overall would not change a thing. Shout out to the homie Carson for making my UPS time quick and easy.

I came in to staple together some booklets I had printed at a different location. When I started putting them together, I realized they were printed incorrectly. The employees here were amazing though. They worked with me to figure out what the issue was. They reprinted the files multiple times to make sure they were correct. Finally they reprinted the whole order for me free of charge. Great place with great customer service!

Got a package of items I’ve been wanting sent to there store from China to pick and and as soon as I went in Will and Jensen knew exactly what box it was and I was in and out in no time! Super fast and friendly.

I came in with a difficult project. I needed some printing but also some Graphic Design work. Will was super helpful and he is also a Graphic Designer. I previously went to Alpha Graphics but the customer service and graphic work at this location was 10X better. Will definitely recommend this place to other friends and business owners.
