Great deals on decent quality tools. The garden hoses are priced reasonably and have endured the Texas sun really well for me. Sign up for coupons or the Inside Track club membership for better deals and coupons. The store layout has been improved as well with faster checkout. Some tools are locked up as expected, however a store clerk is never far away and willing to help.

Mr. Austin was outstanding his customer service should be the standard used in any day to day operations he went out his way to help me purchase the new Hercules rotary polisher and several other items. Mr. Austin asked if I needed any assistance to which I explained my needs for a battery powered polisher he located all the items needed to complete my purchase and also explained the sale items which saved me some money on the purchase as well thank again Austin.

Very helpful staff, asked what I was looking for and they found it right away. I took advantage of the spring sale that started today. Very reasonably priced tools, not the smoothest or prettiest, but they get the job done, and with a lifetime warranty on hand tools, I'll definitely check out the icon series when upgrading. I use the 130 piece general tool set in my camper and in all my trucks for quick emergency repairs. Even picked up some small gloves for my little guy to help out.

Such nice, helpful employees at Harbor Freight. Bought what we needed. Harbor Freight may be smaller than Home Depot, but the customer service and comparable products at significant savings, makes it a win, win for the consumer.

Cheap tools. They might break and cause you to severely injured yourself. They might not. It's like Russian roulette but with Chinese tools. If it's a power tool be sure you adjust it before you use it. That's what youtube is for. It's great for 10mm sockets. Yes I have harbor freight tools in my shop, no I am not ashamed of it. They have their own toolbox that stores neatly out of sight.

Bought a welding machine works great and young man in the store helped me pick the right one for the job great parking prices are awesome and staff was helpful and smiles were plentiful...

1ST time every in HF ended up buying alot more than planned...extremely well organized...in-stock excellent good basic picing...BF specials were outstanding...worked at WM 30 years wish I had here...employees freindly and working...Michael opened me a credit account...now I be in frequently to spend my new company commissions...Great Job HF and Michael

The people there were friendly and knowledgeable of products, stuff is way cheaper than Home Depot or Lowe's..also they have digital coupons ...if you purchase there yearly membership they give out free tools etc.. free no purchase necessary.. walk in ,pick up gift, walk out. And if you buy an item there and it beaks or whatever and with the membership program they will replace whatever you bought no problem

Always great sales. Good if you have to get some tool on the fly and don’t want to make investment for a name brand lifetime warranty like craftsman.

I was able to get a bunch of outlet timers that were significantly better than Walmart's for just .30 more. I returned 4 of 5 I'd bought from WM. Didn't even work! These all work, have a double outlet vs. Single, time in 15 vs. 30min increments and are much easier to program. I explored the store. I'll definitely be back!

Sometimes I get carried away window-shopping here, and I'm not one to do that. Look into the brand you're buying, otherwise it's a good place to get tools and supplies for your tools. Definitely recommend to any gearhead looking to get into wrenching, or anything like that.

The staff was really knowledgeable about where things were in the store, from off the top of their head actually, which was impressive! Then, the checkout lady was really friendly and very helpful and straightforward. We found exactly what we needed, and it was at a decent price. We were in and out very quickly. Will definitely be back again if we need to.
