They went above and beyond to meet my needs. Bought an open box item, but ended up with a new in the box item. Why you say because the open box was missing some pieces. The manager stated since it was there mistake he wanted to make it right. Customer Service at it's finest- no questions ask.

Had been in a few days prior for a return. All went well and employee was friendly and efficient. Returned last night confused thinking I had received only a partial refund. Jeff was at the door and immediately looked things up on my account and solved the issue, which was me, not them. He was kind and efficient throughout our interaction. Thank you again Jeff for your help and your friendliness.

They have a huge variety of items, mainly good brands in a great selection. Nice display, you can easily find what you need.
We were also greeted with great customer service from Dajuan at the door, at 7.40 pm, 20 minutes to the closing time.

This is my favorite location near me. Though I have not made a purchase I have received excellent customer service in helping to make my decision. Thanks to Matt (a manager?) You are appreciated and a big reason I will make future purchases at this location.

Just checked on new phone 📱 and checked price. Samsung experience was a little less 200.00. Than best buy Samsung. But I was wanting cash. Got a s23 ultra. So wasn't thinking of a throw away. But hey good guys tryed to make it happen.

They accepted a large load of old electronics for recycling. I applaud them for helping these items avoid going to a landfill 🥰

After coming here numerous times checking out various TVs, I pulled the trigger. As always, Nick was very helpful. Transaction was fast, easy, and no-pressure RE an extended warranty. Setting up free delivery was simple, too. We'll definitely be back!

I am absolutely astounded by the service we received here! We came in on 5/27/23. We were looking to purchase 2 - has not always been the best experience for us in the past.  HOWEVER! We received the best treatment we’ve ever had when purchasing electronics (or just about anything else, honestly…)  Kevin, the Samsung Rep on duty, gave us great information on the phones as well as background information on why he was suggesting the items he did. Then he contacted Jeff, a Best Buy staff member (I think he was a team lead) to assist us in getting the phones. He gave us great information on his suggestions for not only products but screen protectors, insurance, and financing. Both these gentlemen were exceptional in that they were very personable, engaging, and knowledgeable about the product and patient with our questions. It turned a dreaded excursion into a very enjoyable and enlightening experience. Best Buy in Hurst is to be commended for these two gentlemen representing their company and brands.I will not hesitate coming to this store in the future!

Customer Service was great …. They almost had an associate for each guest. Easy in and easy out…for Black Friday

Just needed a computer part, a wireless network adapter. I was greeted at the door and directed to the computer accessory area. About halfway there, was met by another employee that walked with me to the accessory area. I knew what I needed so he left to assist another customer. On the way back to checkout, he met me again and asked if I found everything, which i did. Another employee intercepted me and took me to the checkout area they have now. So, I was impressed with the attention I was shown to find my part. Definitely more employees than customers on today's visit. My last visit, i was not happy about the removal of the registers and the way I was expected to order and pick up online, as if I should do that instead of come to the store. This time, it was much better and was more acceptable to use the couple of registers they had set up near the center of the store. I was happy to see that they backpeddaled to be more receptive of in-store shopping rather than simply online ordering.

Best Buy has some decent sales going on right now. Staff is always available, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I’m in sales. What separates myself from my competitors is my overall experience I deliver. When I go shopping, that’s what motivates me to spend my hard earned money. I had one of the best shopping experiences with Armir in TV/AV. I’ve been buying online from Amazon since Covid but have been disappointed with the sound bars I’ve been selecting due to not being able to “try out” the quality of sound. Armir took his time demoing an opened boxed 7.1.2 Samsung sound bar that was on display. He even educated me on how to enhance my experience when playing my PS5 or watching movies. All of this at closing time. Thank you securing my business when others tend not to care.

Customer service is great! I love they do not pay commissions, so there are no upselling and competitive salesmen. The guys I have ever asked questions of are always friendly and helpful!

Great customer service. There is always an associate nearby no matter what department you are in and 9/10 they are able to answer your questions. If they can't they lead you to someone who can. I've been in other best buys where this is not the case. Check out process was smooth and easy. No wait time at all. I would recommend this Best Buy to anyone.
