Went in to get remote start added to my car. Installer came out and checked the vehicle and was able to get in soon after. All personnel was professional and courteous. Husband came in while mine was being installed to get a dash cam installed on his truck. They took his right after mine and we were out soon after. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Kenny did a great job on my truck, listened & communicated well, and completed the job quickly. I’ll be back & pass it on. Very happy !

Never pressured me into getting something I didn't want or need. They did my stereo system also so I highly recommend CARTOYS FOR YOUR CAR & TRUCK NEEDS! The price for my window tinting was very reasonable and I have lifetime warranty!

I have to give a shout out to Jay, Ken & the manager Lonnie for fixing the mess that the Irving store screwed up with my sound system. You 3 went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate it. Had my windows tinted on Tundra Crew Max and they did a great job. Very professional with service as well.

Talked about stereo systems for a while and appreciate the time the associates took to educate me on options to get better sound. Didn't buy anything yet but stay "tuned"! lol

The staff at car toys are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They help me and my daughter outfit her vehicle with a great sound system, explained all of the options and did a fantastic job in the installation of the equipment. I would recommend if you want a good sound system in your car or tint on your vehicle, go there!

They've done 2 alarm systems and sold me all my stereo equipment for multiple vehicles. I like going to this location because they don't mind taking the the time to help you understand the options and what works together. I like the install manager he's extremely knowledgeable and has always helped me work thru issues.

Daniel and his Jovondrick did a great job for me. I needed a new backup camera that had lines to help back into parking spaces. Also wanted wireless apple car play and we found a couple of products that seem to be perfect for my needs. It is only a couple days since install but I am very pleased. Should have done it earlier.

Visited this location on the 2/1/24 to have an amp wiring kit, and a new head unit installed. The install was very clean and professional by Jeremy. I did however have a bit of hiccup the next day. Nothing too major. Lonnie the manager, Daniel the sales associate and Jeremy the installer all resolved the issue in a timely manner. All 3 of them were very professional with the situation. That is the reason I’m giving this location a 5 star review.

Highly recommend! Ask for Rikko when you get there! He went above and beyond to help me and get me in to a new WRX! Answered all the questions I had and even made himself available if I needed anything after work hours. Great experience overall!

Quick service, professional job. Good sales help; not pushy at all. If I have one suggestion it would be to spend 1 minute after it is installed pointing out the features and USB connector. The manual was adequate with a little YouTube thrown in.

Took my car for tinting. I am very pleased with the job done. The staff were patient and helped me choose an appropriate tint, which was exactly what I was looking for. The took their time to do the work and it turned out great. 5 stars is well deserved!

Daniel is great to deal with. He didn't have in stock the dashcam we were interested in but was able to order it. Aaron did a fabulous install of a front & rear camera. We highly recommend Daniel at this location.

Good service and products cost, but Daniel at Car Toys really did make the process easy and quick. I dropped my car off in the morning and had a new stereo and backup camera in a few hours.
