Raising Cane's

We frequent this location as it's the closest location to our house and it's quickly becoming our new favorite chicken place. Yesterday we ordered a large meal for my wifes grandmother's 82 birthday. Everything was seemlessly amazing and the order pick up time was 10 pm. Well we have 3 kids, one is a 2 year old and we're super busy and stay super tired. Last night at 10 pm we fell asleep, and thought nothing of it. Until we recieved a call an hour before the store closed asking if we were coming to pick up our order....oops... At 12:40 am 20 minutes before closing, I pulled up embarrassed. This crew handled it like pros, the gentleman at the window, was gracious and I would have thought it was 1 in the afternoon, not 1 in the morning. He said "we're remaking your food so it's fresh", it was out quickly and they were so detailed and helpful. I never give shout outs or reviews, but this one is deserving of the best! Thank you for helping us get a little sleep and still guaranteeing our food be prepared correctly, even if it was for the next day (only because Cane's is closed Easter Sunday) Thank you for your great service and excellent attitudes. In a world where that hardly exists anymore, especially after 10 pm on a holiday eve. Great job!

I love this location. Everyone is always friendly and service is super fast. A woman's car died in one of the drive-thru lanes and one of the employees ran out and jumped her car. It's the kindest thing I've ever seen ❤

Abraham front counter & Josh manager are awesome! I misplaced my drivers license and also extremely important license of our deceased son's - they went outside even to look for it for me! Their service food & atmosphere are extremely above par! Tell them Sunshine aka Lisa Sanchez sent you please! 😇

Best fried chicken I’ve ever tried! Always great, good fries, the bread is delicious, the coleslaw super good, nothing goes wrong here😋

Anytime you order anything additional or substitute at Canes, I swear they act like it the hardest thing to put an extra sauce or change from the Canes sauce to Honey Mustard. Even when the person at the drive thru "checks" check it yourself. Two times in a row, at two different restaurants, same thing. I'm getting tired of it. Going to Slim Chickens from now on.

I don't know what Raising Cane's does to their chicken BUT it's LIKE crack co-CANE!!

Had a great experience. Decided to come here for last second dinner 30 min before closing and felt welcomed and had a great experience. The location and staff were great.

This location is clean and very open well lit. The behind the counter is very friendly very quick to get my order and get back on my way. Only downside it’s kind of hard to get into the parking lot but worth it

I user to like Slim Chickens but the chicken here is better and that sauce is addicting. Goes good on the fries too!

Gave this location another chance, and after a while they improved their cooking oil. Been here a few times recently and enjoyed everything, drive-thru and eating inside. Music wasn't too loud, which is ALWAYS appreciated.

Amazing Food! Outstanding Customer Service!! We were especially grateful for their flexible menu options (like allowing us to switch out the toast for extra coleslaw for example). Without a doubt the chicken tenders are as advertised - always fresh, never frozen! Compliments them on the freshly brewed tea as well. Definitely lived up to all the hype given it was our very first experience dining in at any Raising Cane's location!

The food is always great. I've never had a bad experience at any location, actually. The lady working the drive-thru was so sweet and friendly! Even during their busiest times, they're great.

Just got some dinner. Excited to eat when I get home. Abraham helped me at the window&provided superb service- he should 100% be commended for his excellent job performance. 10 stars. Would absolutely recommend this Canes over all others in the metroplex. You all need to get that young man in a trainer position.

Great place to eat friendly staff and generous

1st time ever. Kids loved it so much we had it 3 times in 3 days while in town.

Great fundraiser. I don't normally eat that much fried food. It took me 2 days to finish it but the chicken and sauce are yummy. We ate inside and the music, staff, and atmosphere were great.

The taste is good, but the size shrank, and the prices went up.
